Lou's assistant stylist, she's an American makeup artist/hairstylist that landed the gig of a lifetime by helping One Direction's main hair stylist on tour. She's been with the boys since the first tour and has an eye for Harry.

Penny's ex boyfriend, they are still close and he is very threatened by her relationship with Harry.
