To Help Thy Directioners (Reviews and More)

Point of views is an important role like many other things in writing.

A lot of published and famous stories out there have a bunch of characters that they change between. An example of a good story with a lot of characters is Game of Thrones series. They have a good 30+ characters that they switch between a lot. The way they let readers know who is talking is in their chapter title, they leave the title out altogether and just put the persons name in it to let you know that chapter is from that persons point of view. That is a way you can show point of view.

Another favorite story of mine, is the Mortal instrument series, which is the City of Bones (First book) that author had a few characters that she changed her point of view from even though her story was a third person point of view story, she would cut the page off with these symbols ---- or //// or ****** that would signal the change in characters and place so you would know you weren't reading about one character anymore. That is another way you can show point of view.

Or

the popular way to go that this site uses is just right at the beginning of your chapter type in persons name POV, that just lets the reader know right off the bat that it is that person talking and thinking instead of someone else.

You get the picture, but that's some examples of point of views, I have a hard time reading stories that don't let you know who is talking and just leave you in the dust of confusion. So please help us readers out and let us know who we are viewing the story from at that moment. Thank you!
