One More Qeustion in the movie it starts out by showing the accident and then it flashesback to before it should I have a flashback of her walking down the stairs and then bam Eleanor pushes her?

I think you should stick with them breaking up in chapter two or three. You know, get the story going quick.
I don't kow how long you will make the story, but it should be a while into the story. You know, make the relationship between Louis and the girl blossom, before he goes on tour, and she ends up on the hospital.

SO when do I make Elenore leave the story and then come back like what chapters, because at first I think Louis and Elenore go into the store and Louis flirts alittle and then Elenore thinks there more.
