You could be making Eleanore breaking up with Louis bc she thinks he has something with the leadcharacter, which they do not (Yet).
And then, instead of it being a crazy fan pushing her, you could make it being Eleanore who pushed her.

That sounds perfect I was dabating on having ELenor being in it until like the second chapter and then they break up and he ends up at the store or something is that sound ok?

Well, you could make the girl getting pushed down some stares by a crazy fan, and she ends up on the hospital. Making it all happend while Louis is on tour. Then, when she wakes up from coma, he is beside her. But making stay in coma for like months.

Is that fine, or do you want something else?

Maybe you could start out with them meeting in a shop; she could be the cashier, and he could be the customer. He could be all flirty, and ask for her number.
Do you also need a plottwist, or is this fine? :)
