PERSONALISED ONE DIRECTION IMAGINE

It was Friday night and you were spending the night dancing in the clubs with your best friends after getting out of a bad relationship. You felt a new sense of renewal inside of you and you were happy to be single. You pushed all of your insecurities aside and swayed your hips to the beat of the music while laughing with your friends over how bad of dancers you were.
“Hey guys, I’ll be back. I’m going to get a drink.” You said loudly over the blaring music. They nodded and you made your way to the bar through the mess of sweaty drunk people grinding on one another. You made your way to the counter and ordered a beer.
“On me.” Said a deep raspy voice. You turned to find yourself face to face with a very attractive brown haired guy with piercing green eyes. “Why thank you, but it’s not necessary.” You said politely as he shook his head. “No, no. I insist.” He said politely as he extended out his hand to shake yours. “I’m Harry.” “Caitlin.” You said sweetly as you grabbed his hand which he immediately brought to his lips and pressed a light kiss on the back of it.
A wide smile grew across your lips as the bartender handed you your beer. “You are way too polite to be from here.” You said as you pressed the beer can to your lips sipping it. A small chuckle escaped his lips as he smirked saying, “You caught me. What gave it away?” He said jokingly. “Hm, well this is New York for one and we aren’t known as the politest type of people, your willingness to pay for a strangers drink, and your accent gave me a few hints.” Another chuckle came from him as he took a swig of his beer. “You should be a detective.” You nodded in agreement when you felt a poke at your side. “Caitlin, there you are!” Your friend Cassidy slurred as she poked you again. “Sorry guys.” you began as your other friends came to your drunken friend's side. “Come on Cass, let's get back home.” Your friend said as she wrapped her arm around Cassidy’s shoulder. “Caitlin, are you coming or are you going to stay?” Your eyes locked with Harry’s and you smiled slightly before saying, “You guys go ahead without me. I’m gonna stay a bit longer.” They nodded and headed out.
“Sorry about that.” You said reverting your attention back to Harry. He smiled and said goodheartedly, “No problem. So Caitlin, would you like to get out of here?” You bit down on your lower lip. “Um... and where do you plan on going?” You said dumbfoundedly. He smirked before saying, “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean it in like a sexual way. I meant like go get some coffee or something, you know somewhere quieter so we could get to know each other better.” You nodded before saying, “That sounds lovely.”
