Surrounded yet Alone

Luna’s POV

I woke up alone in bed. I lay there for a minute before checking my phone and all the social media. It’s only 6:30. Ugh, I’m going to have to wait for forever for the guys to wake up. I get out of bed and go to the “kitchen” area. Since it’s going to be forever before the guys wake up, I decide just to plug in my headphones and watch Netflix on my phone.

It’s finally 8 o’clock when the first guy rolls out of bed. I see who it is and take a deep breath before saying, “Morning Louis”, with a polite. I’ll try killing him with kindness. I wonder how he’ll be to me. Maybe he forgot about yesterday and maybe I should too…

“Hey, um can we talk?” he says to me. I can’t help being a little nervous when he says that.

“Yeah, of course.”

“Well, really I just wanted to say that I’m sorry for being an ass to you” he says as he makes his coffee, “I knew Niall had a thing for you since we landed and I honestly thought it would ruin the band. But we talked last night and, well he really likes you Luna. I know now that it’ll be fine if you like him even half as much as he likes you.”

I smile, “I mean, I really like Niall too. I never thought I would meet someone this early in my life, but I did and it’s great.”

Just as I finished talking I know our conversation was too loud and we woke someone up. Or more than one someones. The door separating the front and back of the bus opens, and out comes a tired Liam and a very tired Niall.

“Goodmorning!” I say cheerfully. Niall tries to smile, but he’s so tired he barely can. He walks over and sits down next to me and immedietlly cuddles into me like a little puppy. I laugh lightly and snuggle into him.

Liam on the other hand goes straight towards the coffee pot. I go back on my phone because I think Niall fell back asleep with his head on my lap.

Niall’s been asleep on me for an hour and a half now. Everyone is awake now, Harry just woke up. I think Niall needs to wake up before the boys wake him up. I start playing with his blonde hair and he stirs awake.

“Good morning again”, I say to him laughing a little.

“I like waking up to you playing with my hair”, he says while he rubs his blue eyes.

The guys are all talking around us completely ignoring Niall and I which I’m a little thankful for. I like having these little moments with him.

We just finished our second show. I’m sitting in my dressing room right now taking off my makeup by myself. I think yesterday’s show was better. As crazy as that sounds since I was so nervous. I sit on the small couch in my dressing room and go on Twitter.

My heart stops when I see the top trending hashtag…
