Katherina’s POV

‘’This place is huge!’’ I gasp stepping into Niall’s friend’s place, placing my groceries down. I haven’t planned to contact him yet so I was kind of startled.

To be honest I would rather get home and get started with dinner to my little ones, but I felt like I couldn’t walk away from Niall once again leaving him behind.

I didn’t really know what he was doing, I wanted to keep track on him but I was busy with my own life. Some nights I barely got to sleep because I had raised those two twins alone, and I know you could see it in my eyes how exhausted I really was.

Niall didn’t win the xfactor but he got into a boy band if I was sure, one way? No that’s not it, one… Direction? Yeah one direction, and they had grown pretty big over the years apparently.

I never listened to any of their music, but I was happy for him. That was actually all I knew, that he was a big pop star in one direction. I had no idea about the other members, or anything related to his personal life.

I looked around sneaking a peak on Niall, he had grown so much since we were sixteen. He looked like a young rather handsome man now, but still he felt like the Niall that used to sing to me outside school. The same Niall I had lost my virginity to and the same Niall I had left 5 years ago.

‘’Well how rude of you Niall!’’ One of the guys speaks up when we gets settled in staring at Niall that looked absolutely confused.

‘’You are really not going to introduce us to your lady friend?’’ He scolds playfully, ‘’ Cute friend if I may add.’’ The guy with the curls speaks up causing me to blush.

Niall grins standing up, ‘’Guys this is Katherina.’’ I smile extending my arm to shake but their hands.

‘’Louis.’’ Louis says smiling widely letting my hand go, as I go for the other. ‘’I’m Harry.’’ Harry grins causing me to blush again.

‘’Wait that katherina?’’ Louis ask curiously as I stand there, now it was my turn to be confused.
Niall just nods quickly to his friend, ‘’Anyways, katherina this is Louis and Harry.’’ I nod smiling to both of them.

‘’They’re two out of my four band mates in one direction.’’ I make an o shape with my mouth before speaking up.

‘’Well it’s nice to meet you guys, and I’m glad you took such good care of little niall here while I was in Spain.’’ I chuckle when harry speaks up, ‘’I like your accent, it’s hot.’’ I look a little startled but I can’t help but smile, ‘’Yes, dear girl. Your accent is rather charming.’’ Louis agrees studying me.

I awkwardly make my way over to the couch as I sit down, harry and Louis was apparently in a heated discussing about something music related but I could see how they were only teasing each other.

Niall had sat down next to me, ‘’ so has anything new happened to you?’’ he asks friendly, I sit for a while quiet wondering if I should tell him now but somehow it didn’t feel right.

‘’No.’’ I finally lie, ‘’ except for the fact I moved to London two months ago.’’ I smile cocking my head to the side.

‘’Tell me something about you, I haven’t kept track of your life.’’ I chuckle.
‘’Well I got put in this band one direction, they are all my best buddies. Like my brothers. ‘’ He stops breathing in, ‘’ we are really successful and we have the best fans in the world. Liam, Zayn, Harry, Louis and of course me is the boys in the band.’’ His eyes sparkles when he talks about his career and I smile caring nodding.

‘’So basically you are living your dream finally.’’ I smile as he nod happily, ‘’tell me about your private life then.’’

‘’Well..’’ I see a frown forming on his face as he begins, ‘’I’m dating Holly scally again, we been going steady for a round a year.’’ He looks down on his hands as I accidently snort.

That holly scally? Niall had dated her before he dated me back then, but he choose me over her.
She basically tried to make my life a living hell when I was studying in Ireland but I would cope because I had Niall.

She was pretty stuck up and selfish, she had been pretty cold to Niall so I couldn’t imagine how they ended up dating again.

‘’It’s just you left and last year I thought I would never see you again and now here you are and – ‘’ Niall begins to ramble on stuttering as I sigh caressing his arm.

‘’I’m happy for you.’’ I smile and he sighs relieved.

‘’Do you mind if I see your place today?’’ he looks at me excited I was about to tell him he could come when I realized Mason and Leah would be there and I wasn’t ready to tell him, frankly I didn’t know what to tell him.

‘’Another day.’’ I promise to him.

We sit and talk for hours, and I felt like a teenager again laughing with the three boys. When I looked at my watch, ‘’Well I better be going.’’ I smile standing up.

‘’Already?’’ Harry and Niall pout, ‘’ I’m sorry.’’ I chuckle taking my groceries up.

‘’We could drive you?’’ Louis suggest friendly but I just shakes it off, ‘’my cab is here.’’
‘’Text me!’’ Niall yells as I leave the place.

I know I had to tell him someday, but I didn’t know when or how beside he had a girlfriend and a huge career.

How would he react?

Niall POV

It was nice seeing Katherina again, and some old feelings were sparkling up. She was just so perfect, I had to mentally kick myself that I was dating Holly but now she had left so I was alone.

Harry and Louis had went out to buy some food so I was sitting alone wandering through the flat trying to figure out what to do.

The doorbell rang and I hoped it would be Katherina when I excitedly opens the door and sees its none other than my girlfriend Holly.

‘’Hi baby.’’ She chimers, placing a wet kiss on my cheek. She slips into the apartment and as she turns away from me I quickly wipe my cheek.

This wasn’t love, I knew it but she had cheered me up after me and Katherina spilt and most important she didn’t leave me.

‘’What’s new?’’ She says her voice filling the room as she sits on the couch.
‘’I met Katherina today.’’ I reply sitting down next to her seeing her face turn into an expression that looked quite like disgust.

‘’Green? She’s terrible and she left you baby! You told her off right?’’ She grins moving closer to me as I shrug, ‘’ I invited her over, she actually just left.’’

The way Holly spoke about Katherina annoyed me, she didn’t know her at all.

‘’What? Oh wow babe, she’s weird and her accent is annoying!’’ She exclaims studying her nails.
Katherina was special and her accent was enchanting.

‘’Just don’t do talk like that about her.’’ I sigh grabbing my phone.
‘’Whatever, I know you’re mine anyways so it’s fine.’’ She giggles kissing my neck before turning her attention back to her nails.

Hii I was wondering if you would like to eat dinner with me tomorrow night?
I know this great restaurant x ‘

I press send and wait, after 10 minutes I get a reply.

‘’From: Katherina green.
As long as it isn’t nandos! :P Still not too fond of that place.
I don’t have a lot of time but alright sounds good. X’

I chuckle at her respond, I loved nandos and she wasn’t really that happy about the place. She was just being her, she said her opinion and didn’t do anything to please me which is why I love her.

Pinky swear it’s not !
I’ll meet you at 5? X’

I text her the location of the restaurant because I was pretty sure she wouldn’t allow me to pick her up even though it was what I wanted.

Sounds good.

I was already nervous about tomorrow, why was i. It was just katherina! Actually that was the problem It was katherina.
I shouldn’t act that way, I let holly snuggle closer into me as we turn on the TV.
