Lucy's P.O.V

''I don't know what it is, the house just feels so empty whenever Harry's not around'' I said before taking a sip of my coffee. Sophia and I had been on a little shopping spree and had now sat down at Starbucks for some coffee. ''Maybe you two could get a dog or something?'' Sophia suggested, ''I can barely take care of myself, a dog would be dead by the time Harry gets home'' I snickered. One Direction were currently in LA recording their new album and doing some interviews or whatever. I was honestly really excited to hear their new album, first album without Zayn so it would definetly sound different. It had been four months since Zayn left One Direction and the boys finally seemed to let it go. ''Penny for your thought?'' Sophia said and I snapped out of my daydreaming, ''I was just thinking about Zayn leaving and how the boys seems to have gotten over it'' I shrugged. ''Has Harry spoken to Zayn at all since he left?'' I shook my head, Harry was very quiet with the Zayn thing, ''has Liam spoken to him?'' I asked and Sophia gave me a quick nod. ''I mean he has just been calling to see if Zayn's alright, which he seems to be so..yeah'' ''I just feel so bad for Louis though, he took it the hardest. They were so close and now..the twitter thing and all'' I said and thought about Zayn and Louis' little fight on Twitter. ''Yeah it sucks that a friendship needed to end that way'' Sophia sighed. Talking about Zayn made me think about how shitty this year has been so far. First Tess, then Zayn and then the Twitter fight. I mean, what's next?

''Hi love, what are you doing?'' Harry's face showed up to my phone as he had facetimed me, ''nothing, just laying in bed. Can't really sleep, don't know why'' oh I knew why, but if I brought it up I'd just start to cry. And that's not something Harry needs to hear when he's literally an ocean away. We were quiet for a moment before he spoke again, ''are you okay?'' ''yeah'' I smiled ''no you're not'' and with that I let out a sniffle. Damn you tears. He looked worried at me through the screen, ''why are you sad, love?'' I really didn't want to bring it up, it was stupid and he really didn't need this right now. ''Nothing I guess I just miss you, that's all. It gets lonely in this big house when you're not here'' I tried for a laugh but it really came out as a sob. ''Lucy'' he sighed ''I'll be home in two days, if you go to sleep now the time will pass faster. Okay?'' he smiled ''okay, will you stay with me until I fall asleep?'' ''of course, I love you'' ''love you too''.

Seriously who's calling me at this hour? It was 8am and my phone was buzzing, I found my phone next to me and looked down to see that I had got a text from Niall.

Hey babe, heard you were a little sad yesterday...hope you're feeling better today. I told Steph to come over by noon, she's taking you to lunch! Love ya

I actually smiled until I read the last sentence. God I love Niall for caring, I've really become dependent of him since Tess left. He has really been a rock, and I think he feels the same. But as much as I love Ni, that girl of his doesn't even want to hang out with me so why do I have to hang out with her? ''Damn'' I pouted as I dragged my ass out of bed. After I had showered I was in a better mood, maybe this is a chance to really get to know her. Maybe that bitchiness is only a front.
Steph, as Niall said, came to pick me up at noon in her little Mercedes. I bet her daddy bought it for her. ''Nice ride'' I said as I jumped in the passenger seat, ''I know right, Niall has a great taste in cars'' Niall has what? Please do not tell me he bought this girl a car. ''Niall....bought..this for you?'' I wasn't sure I wanted to hear the answer, ''yeah, isn't he the sweetest?'' oh he sure is. On our way into the restaurant we dodged the paparazzi's questions, oh yeah they're following me too now. Yay. Life of being the girlfriend to one of the lads in the biggest band on the planet.
''I'll have this pasta'' I said to the waiter and pointed at a pasta on the menu, I heard Steph choke on her water and looked up at her to see what was going on. ''Do you eat carbs?'' her eyes widened, okay what the actual.. ''uh, yeah? Why?'' I gave her a look ''no it's just that...uhm I thought you cared about your body and all. I mean don't get me wrong you have a perfect body but I mean...carbs? Really'' she let out a laugh. This girl is getting on my last nerve. ''I eat whatever I want to eat'' and I'll freaking eat you too if you don't shut up. ''Oh you don't have to get defensive'' she laughed ''I just thought you wanted to look good for your man'' she shrugged. Okay I'm about to stick my fork in her neck, ''okay changing the subject, tell me about yourself'' I clenched my teeth, ''well I just turned 19'' she's a child, great ''and I've modeled since I was fourteen. Grew up in Paris with my mom and now I live here in London'' ''wow, that's cool. So you speak any french?'' I smiled,, ''Oui'' she winked. ''Oh me too, I studied french all through my school years'' she frowned ''I thought we were talking about me?'' lord if you don't stop this girl now I will have to do it myself.

''El you can not guess who I just had lunch with, please tell me you're in town I need to vent'' I called her the moment I had said goodbye to Steph. ''Babe I thought I told you I was in Manchester visiting my family'' she let out a laugh ''damn'' I pouted. ''You can tell me through the phone you know'' she said making me sigh, ''okay so this morning I woke up to a text from our favorite Irish man who said that his girlfriend were going to pick me up for lunch at noon. And can I tell you, bitch is crazy'' I was so serious but El just laughed ''what did she do?'' ''oh what didn't she do, is a better question''.

The screams of the fans who were waiting outside the airport were deafening, I'm never getting used to it. I held Sophia's hand as we were led in to the airport by security and I was so excited. Our boys were finally home. I mean they had only been gone for two weeks, but that's a long time when you're in love. ''Are you nervous? You're shaking?'' Sophia said and squeezed my hand, ''no I'm just..'' I closed my mouth when I saw them come out of their gate. I felt my heart skip a beat as I started to run towards him, the boy that I loved. When I literally slammed my body against his chest he let out a groan, ''always so violent'' he chuckled. I buried my face in his chest and just breathed in his scent ''I missed you'' I said before lifting my head and giving him a kiss. ''I missed you too, love''. ''What about your favorite Irish man?'' Niall tapped on my shoulder which made me let go of Harry to give Niall a hug. ''Missed you too, Niall'' I smiled, ''so -'' he let me go ''where's Steph?'' he asked leaving me confused. ''Uh...am I supposed to know that?'' ''she told me that you suggested the three of you would ride together here. Did you forget to pick her up?'' he raised his eyebrows, what is he talking about? I never suggested such thing. ''I haven't...I didn't...uhm?'' ''there you guys are, sorry I'm late. Guess Curly's girlfriend over here forgot to pick me up'' Steph walked up behind us looking like she had just attended a funeral or something. ''I..'' Niall cut me off ''well that's not very nice, Luce'' Niall said before grabbing Steph's hand and walking towards the exit. ''I swear I didn't say I was going to pick her up'' I told Harry as we followed them, ''just let it go, babe'' he smiled.
