Chapter 16
Delilahs pov
I had decided to sit in the living room with andrew and Jay as they played a video game, it was a wednesday and we all were bored and I was basically just sitting in here to be with Jay. To see him. andrew had some guy here that was my age and they were practicing out back. And now that he was tired for the rest of the day he decided to call Jay over to hang out.
I say sat on the edge of the couch, andrew on the other in and Jay in between, sometimes when andrew wasn't looking, Jay would look down at me and send me a wink, or I would just send him short cute text. I had been texting Kylie a lot lately. She was my best friend basically. Miley was my best friend as well but not as close as Kylie.
"Mate, you totally cheated." Andrew boomed. Upset at Jay winning.
"Did not." Jay laughed.
"Yes, you did, you totally blew my car up." Andrew said standing up. "I need a drink, you want anything?"
"Popcorn. Do you guys have popcorn still?" Jay asked looking at Andrew as he walked away.
"Well you are basically eating it all." Andrew said with a laugh.
"My bad," James mumbled.
Andy soon vanished and Jay looked at me. Our eyes meeting, he sends me a smile and his hand touches mine.
"Hey." Jay whispered as he kissed my cheek.
"hey." I blush softly.
He was just so cute. His arm snacked around my waist and he pulled me closer to him, and I brought him into a hug. My hand goes through his hair. He pulled back, softly pressing his lips on mine.
i had looked at him, then soon pulled away, before andrew could come back.
"I should get going, this video game seems so boring." I smiled.
He laughed at me. "Well, wait." He said grabbing my hand before I stood up. "would you like to go on a date with me?"
Date? Did he just say day? Or was I not hearing him correctly.
"Sorry, say that again." I said.
"will you go on a date with me? A movie?" He said smiling brightly.
"Yeah." I said, it should be fun.
"Great. Friday night?" He asked me.
"Yes." I smiled at him.
"Great." He said before letting go of my hand.
"Text me." I said before blowing him a kiss and walking away.
"Of course." He smiled.
