Slap. (35th Chapter)

Valerie’s POV:

Harry’s fists turn white, at the amount of pressure his anger is providing. His firm grip on Charlie’s blazer did not last long, because Charlie spoke: “Mate, I suggest you drop your hands off, because I promise you that this time I will be the one causing damages to your face.” Georgia jumps on her heels, as she rushes towards Harry, as my eyes pierce at her hand that is placed over his shoulder.
“Let it go, honey.” Harry shrugs her palm off his shoulder, seeming to be perseverant to a fight. He didn’t do any move so far, but he looks determined. It was like something was preventing him to behave upon his wish, for that his grip loosens and his fits leaves the blazer. Charlie fixs his clothing item, soothing it from the wrinkles that were caused seconds ago.
Harry’s eyes look at me, trying to talk to me the same way they used to when he didn’t know how to express himself verbally. They were telling me, no begging me, to stop this nonsence. Somehow he knew that Charlie isn’t the person I wanted, but who is he to define who do I want or not? Harry’s opinion is the least of my concerns at this point. If I am not allowed to interfere with his choices of companionship, then neither do I allow him to poke his nose in my personal picks.
“(I smile plastically at both Georgia and Harry, as I slither my hand with Charlie’s) Have a great day, you two.” We begin to walk to the outside, but for some untold reason; my heart was trying to prevent this. My heart was telling me to stay, slap Georgia and curse her then kiss the life out of Harry. but in reality, I know that I am not going to that, no. He seems to be responsible to make a choice, and for that I could not validate my interference what so ever.

Harry’s POV:

Why is she doing this? What has gotten into her mind, and allowed her to end up with that moron? Doesn’t she know that she is better to end up with Charlie? What happened to the Valerie I knew? She was never mean to me, never so closed either. Why isn’t she letting me into her life anymore? Did I do something wrong? I did apologise that day, but she seemed to be furious at me for some reason.
The only reason why I am around Georgia, is because she gives me all of her attention, like Valerie used to. Back on the night of my first birthday, I walked up the stairs and sat in my room to compose my overwhelming feeling of happiness. Valerie gave me so much, that night. I was beginning to admit to myself that I actually had strong feelings for her.
But right at that moment of realisation, Georgia was passing by my room. She acutally leeped on me like a tigress and began kissing me heavily. I thought of what Valerie told me:“You will find someone out there that would want to kiss you and you would want to kiss her back.” Is this how us, humans, find our partner? I guess so, because that’s how Valerie taught me. It might not make any difference to Valerie, but kissing her is way different that with Georgia. She’s ice cream while Georgia is plain sugar. There is no heavenly mixture with Georgia, not like with Valerie.
