Chapter 42: Getting A Little Nervous
Jana's Outfit
Niall’s POV
‘’C’mon Niall!’’ I hear Jana yell from downstairs. I sigh as I finish tying my shoe, Tori at my side as I walk down the stairs, trying to get there fast enough so Jana won’t get too mad at me. We’re still a little on some rough tracks after last night, and everything that happened before.
‘’Mama, Daddy.. when you be home?’’ Tori asks as I bend down to give her a good-bye kiss. ‘’In three days.’’ I say, holding up three fingers. She nods as she leans to my lips and gives me a soft, gentle kiss. ‘’Love you, daddy.’’ She whispers. ‘’Love you too, baby.’’ I assure her as I smile gently before standing up.
‘’Thanks again guys, we appreciate it so much.’’ I say to Harry and Perrie as Jana goes to the car, making sure we have everything. ‘’Whatever makes you guys happy.’’ Harry smiles a little. ‘’No problem, it’s a blessing to be able to watch this cuties!’’ Perrie squeals as she hugs me tight, whispering good bye in my ear.
‘’There should be enough milk in there for the time being, its three gallons.. and its new, so it won’t spoil.’’ I tell Perrie, she will have responsibility of Taylor, Harry gets Tori since he knows her and what she likes, and is able to take care of her easier.
“Love you guys, we’ll call when we land.’’ I say as I pat Harry’s shoulder and give Taylor a kiss, Harry’s holding him. ‘’Love you Princess..’’ I say as I wave back at Tori before walking out the door and to the car to get ready to leave.
I get in the drivers seat and I start the car, soon getting onto the road and heading towards the airport. ‘’So, we have everything, don’t we?’’ I ask Jana as I keep my eyes on the road. She grabs my hand as she mumbles yes under her breath.
‘’You nervous?’’ I say as I glance over at her, trying not to get too distracted. “A little.. I haven’t saw them in.. years.’’ She whispers with a light smile as she squeezes my hand. We’re going to Orange Beach, Alabama to see her grandfather and her family. Her grandparents are divorced, her grandmother lives in Georgia.
Jana doesn’t say anything for a while, almost until we get to the airport and Steven meets us there, walking us to the private plane. I’m grateful to have it. The pilot and the three crew guys greet me with a smile and a handshake as I allow Jana to go up the steps first, me after her.
‘’How are you, Mr. Horan?’’ The pilot, Chris, asks me. ‘’Fine, fine, How about you?’’ I ask him, smiling some. ‘’Good. How’s your baby? I’ve heard he’s quite the looker!’’ He winks a little as we laugh at his comment.
‘’Just like me.’’ I say with a smile before getting onto the plane, getting ready to be nervous. I’ve never met Jana’s family. I know its bad, but still. I’m nervous and afraid that they won’t like me..

I climb into the bed, Jana was sitting alone, and I didn’t want her to think I didn’t care for her right now. ‘’Hey, baby.’’ I smile gently as I kiss her cheek, sliding my arm around her lower back. ‘’Hey.’’ She smiles back, only lightly.
‘’You hungry?’’ I ask her as I sit the things I brought from the kitchen in her lap. She giggles a little as she observes the things I have sat down. ‘’Really?” She laughs out lightly. ‘’What?’’ I say, smirking at her. I know exactly what she’s questioning..
“I don’t.. think you should eat condoms, you know.’’ She says, raising her eyebrows as she picks the two packages up. ‘’It was just a thought..’’ I shrug, knowing she probably doesn’t want to do this. ‘’Ni.. can we wait? Steven’s in the-“ “Sound proof walls, baby.. the door locks.. you know that.’’ I say, correcting her. Trying to convince her to go through with this.
‘’Maybe.. another time, okay? The flight back?’’ She suggests, smiling lightly. ‘’Okay, that’s.. fine.’’ I nod as I sigh. I stand up and leave the food and drinks with her, hoping she’ll enjoy her alone time as she watches Pretty Little Liars on the TV. I go back into the front, bored already..
