Have you forgotten?

Rafaela's P.O.V.

„Rafaela? What's wrong? What happened?“, he asked, squeezing me lightly.

„Zayn...I thought you wouldn't come.“, I cried into his chest.

„Why would you think that? I was a bit late, sorry. Now, let's get in the car and you tell me what exactly happened.“, he said, taking me in his arms and putting me in the back seat. A security guard was sitting behind the wheel and Zayn climbed beside me after he put my sack in the trunk. The car started moving.

„Now Love, tell me what happened?“, he asked, taking me in his arms once again. I told him everything on the way, while he just listened and rocked me back and forth from time to time.

„We're here.“, the security guard said.

„No, take us to my house, please.“, Zayn said, making me look at him.

„I bet you wouldn't like to go in a house full with curious people at the moment.“, he said, giving me a warm smile. I smiled back and snuggled in his chest.

His house was very nice. Nothing too fancy but not that simple either. Just the perfect balance between rich and normal. After about 10 minutes of me crying my eyes out in the bathroom, Zayn knocked on the door.

„Raf, I think you should stop crying already and I have a very good idea on what we can do.“, he said from the other side of the door. He didn't deserve this. He was only trying to help me after all.

„Ok, I'm coming.“, I said, washing my face and drying it with a towel. I opened the door to see a wide smile, with the tongue between his teeth, on Zayn's face.

„What?“ I couldn't help but smile as well.

„Follow me.“, he said. I did as he said and he guided me to his room. There were two sketchbooks and some pencils and erasers, scattered over his bed.

„What are those for?“, I asked, pointing towards the bed.

„This is my way of dealing with stress. I think it could help you too.“, he said, handing me a sketchbook and a pencil.

„Ok, but only if you are my model“, Isaid, making him laugh.

„Ok, but don't make me look uglier than I am.“, he said, taking a chair from behind the mahogany desk in the corner. He sat down and stared in one spot like a doll.

„Ok, I'll try to make you look beautiful. It'll be hard though.“, I teased.

„Hey, I'm beautiful.“, he pouted, making me laugh. „This is how I want to always see you. Happy.“, he said with a small smile. I smiled back.

„Ok, but if I'll be doing a portrait of you, then tie your hair or else you'll look like an old lady with bat haircut.“, I said, causing us both to laugh. He tied his hair in a ponytail and I started drawing him. It was hard for me to make the shape of his beard right. I didn't know how to draw the turn from his moustache down towards his chin. „How do you shave that beard, Zi?“, I asked, erasing the spot once again. I stood up from the bed and went in front of his face, only an inch or two away. I traced the difficult place with my finger, making him suck in a sharp breath. Maybe my fingers were cold against his skin. When I figured it out, I went back on the bed and continued drawing him.



Zayn's P.O.V.

I nearly exploded when she did this. She was so close, touching the outline of my upper lip. I hardly stopped myself. I wanted to feel her soft, full lips against mine. But NO! I am an engaged man. I can't do this.

After about 10 minutes she was ready with the drawing and I went beside her on the bed to see it. The image of her crying so hard couldn't get out of my head. The feeling I got when I held her in my arms was nothing I've felt before. I'm falling. Hard...
