Hannah's P.O.V.

"So that's your plan? To leave me here for hours on end bored out of my head?" I questioned, folding my arms hufilly.

I was sitting on the bed of the hotel room in L.A. I was staying at. The boy's of One Direction were staying in L.A. for a while and as I was taking a gap year before University I had decided to tag along.

Louis was my older cousin and we had always been rather close. So it was no bother for me to come. For now we were staying in a hotel but I was pretty sure that before long their management were arranging for us to stay in some kind of house.

I was pretty excited about getting to have a look around L.A. but Louis had just told me that today he and the boys were busy. Did he really expect me to just sit in the hotel room?

"Look Han, I'm really sorry. We'll take you out for dinner later tonight yeah and make it up to you?" He suggested.

I just shrugged in response.

"Okay" I replied.

He nodded but before he had a chance to answer Harry came into the room. "We've to get going now Lou, we're running late as it is" he announced before his eyes landed on me and he threw me a warm grin.

Since meeting Harry we had clicked instantly. I mean it was common knowledge he was gorgeous but he was so easy to get along with. He was the kind of person you could ring at three in the morning just cause you needed a chat. It made sense really that I developed a not-so-tiny crush on him.

However I knew there was never much chance of him feeling the same. Harry could (and did) have any girl at all that he wanted. And honestly it pained me greatly to see him with different girls all the time. Whether it was just flirting or one night stands, it hit me hard every time. However I had just had to get used to it.

"We'll see you later Han" Harry added before heading off, Louis followed behind him quickly.

I waited only ten minutes before I took off myself. Louis had told me to stay in the hotel room but that was certainly not gonna happen.

There were of course the extreme fans who would easily recognise me as Louis' cousin so I had to slip out the back of the hotel.

I spent the day wandering around L.A. trying to figure out where I was going. I was terrible with directions though and so ended up going in circles. Eventually I gave up on my whole 'site-seeing' and headed into a frozen yogurt bar the at I had passed a few times.

There was a long enough queue but it was worth the wait. I was planning exactly what it was I wanted while I waited. When there was only one person in the queue in front of me, I had chosen exactly what I wanted.

The girl in front of me had just gotten served and I opened my mouth to make my order when suddenly she spun quickly and ended up dumping her frozen yogurt right onto my chest.

I was momentarily frozen, in shock at what had just happened before the girl began apologising profusely. I quickly stepped out of the queue to let the next person order, chuckling slightly.

"You're fine love, its not a big deal, i'll just head to the bathroom and get it cleaned up" I reassured her.

"I'm such an idiot, I'm really so sorry.. I don't even know how that happened! I-" she begab rambling but I quickly cut her off
"It's fine, seriously. No stress" I replied.

She still looked apologetic.

"Well look I'll come and help you clean up at least" she offered.

And so I ended up spending the rest of the day with her. I soon found out her name was Elizabeth. She seemed to know her way around L.A. pretty well so she showed me around. The time went by pretty quick and before I knew it Louis had sent me a text saying they would be back in an hour and to be ready for dinner.

"Hey, I gotta go. I'm heading out to dinner in a while with my cousin and some of his friends. But hey you should come! I'll treat you to dinner since you showed me around today" I offered.

"Well actually I was meant to be heading around to my friends house in a bit" she admitted a bit apologetically.

I shrugged. "She can come too! The more the merrier! Besides my cousin's totally loaded so its not like he'll mind" I suggested.

She grinned.

"Okay cool, well I'll see if she's up for it and let you know. Text me the address of the restaurant" she replied. We had already swapped numbers and so I headed back to the hotel, happy enough that I had seemed to make a friend at least.
