My feet pound heavily on the ground as my breath comes out in shallow chokes as the rain beats down on me, the trees around me cast dark shadows, making any of them look like who I'm running from. I come to a stop, sliding and falling into the cold mud, trying to push myself up but end up slipping back down and getting a mouth full of dirt.

"Come out, come out wherever you are."

My head shot up and my breath increased, I clumsily stood up and raced through the pitch black night. Breathing loudly, I hop over tree roots sticking out of the ground, stumbling and falling onto the ground. A large figure emerges from the shadows, his black mask shinning in the moonlight.

"I told you, you're never going to escape from me."
