Chapter 35
Hannah P.O.V
I woke up and felt like... shit. I didn't want to be in this bed, alone. I wanted Niall and I wanted to be in his bed with him as we cuddled. But, I just couldn't wrap my head around his lips on another girl who wasn't me and I had to just stay away from him for atleast one day. Therefore my situation being alone and full of regret in this lonely bed.
"Hannah, do you want to eat lunch?" April cracked the door open.
"Sure." I groaned and pushed myself off the bed, "Let me just use the bathroom real quick, kay?"
"Yup, Louis and I will be waiting for you in the dining room."
"So, Are you excited for your birthday tomorrow? You're turning eighteen." Louis asks me as I eat my mash potato.
"I guess..." I reply.
"Eighteen here is a big thing, you know. It means your legal to drink!" he chirps.
"Oh yeah. I guess it is a big thing.." I try to crack a smile.
After Louis, April, and I finish with our meal. I went straight into my bedroom to just lie down.
"Hey, do you want to like.. Go out?" April enters my room as I just plopped down onto the mattress.
"Erm.. I don't really feel like it.." I say unexcitedly.
"Hannah, you can't be bummed out all day..." she sits down beside me, I sit up to face her. "C'mon. You n Me plus Ice cream. Perfect for your mood."
As I was about to protest, she pulled me up and nudged me towards the bathroom.
"Nuh uh, no buts or anything. Shower and change, I'll wait for you and we'll go to the ice cream shop a few blocks from here." I glare at her as she smiles and I head off to shower. There is no debating with April if her mind is already set.

"I'm ready.." I tap April's shoulder.
"Let's go!" she jumps up and we wave good bye to Louis who looks like he really really wanted to come.
"We'll bring you home a tub." I smile at him, right before the door shut he mouthed 'thank you' and I laugh.
Few minutes later, we walk into the cold breeze and salute to the guard up front to before going out the gate.
"I've wondered... How did that girl get inside the complex in the first place?" I look at April and ask her. She shrugs her shoulders.
"I dunno.. There is a guard... Probably thought she was a friend or something." that sentence made me scoff. Friend? I don't think so.
"Nuff thinking about her, she doesn't matter to any of us. Especially you and Niall. Niall fucking hates her guts, I know that for sure."
I nod slowly and realize that he does hate her guts, she means nothing to us since she didn't really ruin anything. Niall and I... We're not broken up, I guess we're a little bit stronger? But... I pushed him away. For who's good, really? I know not for me, look at me.. I'm regretting the decision of giving us 'space' more than ever. I mean, what was I thinking?! I just-
"Hannah??" April's hands wave infront of my face and snaps me out of my thoughts.
"Mhmm?"
"We're here, let's go in?" Oh stupid me, we've arrived in the place and I was busy thinking.. I probably looked like a weirdo.
"Yeahp. Let's." we both hook our arms together as we walk into the warm shop. We line up and start looking at the flavors.
"See anything good?" I ask my bestfriend.
"Ehh.. I think I'll just get a scoop of strawberry on a sugar cone.. You?"
"Hmm. I think.. Pistachio in a waffle cone." We nod our heads in agreement as the shop clerk motions us forward to get our orders, we tell him and we both get our icecream.
"Is there ice cream tubs for sale?" I ask him before we paid.
"Yes miss, there are tubs available in every flavor." he inquires.
"Erm.. I think we'll get one before leaving, thank you." I smile and we pay for our delicious treats.
We both sit on the table near the window as we lick our frozen sweets.
"What flavor do you think Lou would like?" I question April.
"I have no idea, let's give him a ring.." and with that she pulls her phone out and clicks call on Lou's name putting him on speaker for both of us to hear.
"Hello! Miss me already?" he jokes.
"Ha. Ha. Funny Lou.. You're on speaker so be careful with your choice of words.." Lou chuckles a bit as April continues," Any roads, just wondering what flavor of ice cream you would like for us to bring home for you.."
"Uhmm, actually.. I'm not at home right now.." he says uneasily.
"What? You were at home in sweats when we left a few minutes ago!" I laugh.
"I got called... into.. work." he sounded like he was hiding something but we both shrugged it off. "but, I would still love that tub when I do get home later so, please buy chocolate because it's so... chocolatey!" We all laugh as we remember Liam asking for choco icecream like that.
"Okie dokie Lou! See you at home later! What time do you think you'll be there?" I ask.
"Hmm, probably after dinner, sorry loves. Anyways, got to go. Ring you if anything else changes! Bye!" and the phone call ended.
"That was kind of odd.. You know, Lou being weird on the subject on where he was.." April tells me as she licks her pink ice cream.
"Yeah. I thought I was the only one who noticed that." I answer. "Oh well, I guess it's just a sudden come up or something?"
"I guess..." she says approvingly.
After we were done chatting and what not, we bought the tub of chocolate ice cream and went back to the complex. Entered the flat, put the tub in the freezer, then watched some chick flicks. Cried a bit and laughed. April really brought me up from my funk of the whole situation last night.
After hours, we ordered pizza and continued with our movies and accidentally slept on the couch on each other's shoulders.
Niall P.O.V
I woke up in my bed and the realization sunk in, I kissed a girl and Hannah left me. Well, it wasn't a break up or a goodbye but, a see you soon. I sigh and saw that it was only 10 in the morning.
"What to do? What to do?" I think to myself.
Well, first of all.. I am starving so I just get some cereal and watch tell while eating. The flat seems so lonely when Hannah isn't here...
*DING DONG*
Who could be awake and wanting to bug me at this time?
I put down my bowl and go open the door, praying to God that it isn't some random chick who wants to kiss me again.
I sigh and realize it's just Harry.
"What? Not happy to see me?" he chuckles and gives me a quick hug.
"No, it's not that. I just thought it would be someone who wanted to ruin my life again."
"Ni. Nobody ruined your life because it isn't ruined. You and Hannah are just giving each other space to think, it's just one bloddy day, mate." he says as I close my door.
"I guess so.." I shrug and go back to my boring breakfast and Friends, the show.
"So, is this what you plan to do all day?" Harry cocks an eyebrow and plops onto the seat next to me.
I look at him questioningly with a mouth full of corn flakes, that's Hannah's favorite cereal. (FREAL GUYS. I LOVE THAT STUFF, NO HATE MAN.)
"Mate, You're eating and watching old tv shows.. That is not you.. well except the eating but still, you know what I mean." Haz urges.
I swallow my food and realize he was correct, I would be happier than this in the morning but how could I be happy when the person who makes me happy is.. gone?
"Haz, I just don't know what to do.." I put down my empty bowl and lay back in defeat.
"Get. Her. Back! Well, she isn't really gone but, again.. You understand what I'm saying, right?" he pats my shoulder, I sit up and face him.
"I've got to make it up to her and I know exactly how." I tell him my plan and we call the lads to meet up here to help me with it. Everyone came quickly except Lou, he was late by 2 hours! He said that April and Hannah were still there in the house and he couldn't get out without them being suspicious.
We understood and as if it was on cue, April called.
"Hello? Miss me already?" he joked and opened the loud speaker.
"Ha. Ha. Funny Lou.. You're on speaker so be careful with your choice of words.." I almost laughed but managed to keep it in. "Any roads, just wondering what flavor of ice cream you would like for us to bring home for you.."
I look at him and mouth 'ice cream' and 'I want'. He held up his hand as he spoke.
"Uhmm, actually.. I'm not at home right now.." he says. Liam hits his arm for being so off as he shot him a glare.
"What? You were at home in sweats when we left a few minutes ago!" I hear a beautiful voice say, I frown a bit because the last time I heard her voice was when it was cracked and sad, she seemed happier without me now..
"I got called... into.. work." he said unconvincingly. Now we all shot him glares for being so unsteady. "but, I would still love that tub when I do get home later so, please buy chocolate because it's so... chocolatey!" The lads and I try to stop our laughter as Liam just looked embarrassed knowing that Louis got that from him.
"Okie dokie Lou! See you at home later! What time do you think you'll be there?" there was that happy angelic voice says again.
"Hmm, probably after dinner, sorry loves. Anyways, got to go. Ring you if anything else changes! Bye!" and the phone call ended.
"LOU! An old woman wouldn't believe you!" Harry says.
"I'm sorry! It's hard to lie to April and Hannah!" he says sadly.
"Hey mate, it's alright. It's not like they'll figure out that you're here." Zayn lightens up the mood.
"Yeah so, let's just go back to planning, aye?" I grin at them, they all agree and we continue.
This plan is going to be perfect for Hannah, I just hope she loves it or this would be the most embarrassing moment in my life..
