~Ashton’s pov~

~7 Months Later~
“D-d” Anna said, well tried to say, as she was sitting in my lap playing with my necklace. Tori and I were back together, we weren’t engaged, but we were dating. I’m back in the band (Thank god) and I haven’t screwed up. Tori blessed the shit out of me okay.

~Flashback Tori’s pov~


“Can I say something?” I said standing up, and handing Anna to Luke. “Who are you?” the judge asked. “I’m the victim.” I spoke, “And I want to drop the charges.” The crowd gasped. “And why’s that?” He asked. I smiled, “He was being brainwashed by a skank. It was just, I think I can forgive him.” “He tried to kill you miss.” “I know but I don’t care. I’m dropping the charges.”


~End Flashback Ashton’s pov~

Tori walks in the room and sees me playing with Anna and smiles, “My two favorite people in the whole world, awe how cute.” She smiles and sits down next to me. “Phone darling.” She says, I hand her my phone and she scrolls through everything. That was one of our agreements, she has to check all of my stuff, for a year, it’s part of probation too, I think it’s a little ridiculous, but I get to live with my best friend and my child. She has a huge heart, one big enough to give a guy who tried to kill her a second chance.

“Babe.” I sigh and she looks over at me. “Hmm?” “When can we get married?” I asked, I’ve proposed to her 3 times, with different rings each time, but she’s always said no, that she wasn’t ready yet. “When I feel like I’m ready.” she kissed my cheek and handed me my phone, “Oh you got a text. The boys want to come over. I told them yes.” She said and skipped off to the kitchen, “Whatcha want for lunch babe?” She asked, “You.” I winked and she narrowed her eyes, “Come here Anna, what do you want for lunch huh?”

“I’m joking!! I want a sandwich or something.” I said defensively. She put Anna in her highchair and gave her peach baby food. Ding Dong… the doorbell rang and I answered it. The boys greeted me with smiles and fist bumps, they greeted Anna with smiles and Tori with hugs. “How are you doing Miss Mom?” Calum asked. “Pretty good actually.” She smiles. “And Ashton?” “Really well.” “Good to hear. Now, what’s for lunch?!” They asked. “Well what do you guys want?” “Cake!” They laughed but she nodded. “Cake it is.” She smiled and got the stuff out.

“HANNAH! OLI!” She shouted and they came downstairs and greeted the boys. Oli still hated me, but Hannah saw the good in me, I think, she didn’t act like she hated me. “Cake for lunch eh?” Oli laughed. Anna was clapping her hands and making cute little sounds at Hannah who was acting like a monkey.

~Tori’s pov~

I melted the vegan butter and mixed it with the organic sugar. Oli came up to me and hugged me, “How are you love?” He asked and I nodded, “I’m doing better.” He’d been gone at tour for the past 6 months or so, so he hadn’t seen me much. “And uh, Lillia?” I asked, “She’s uh… I haven’t seen her. Heard she’s out of jail though.” Oli said and I smiled. “Maybe I’ll ask her over.” I half smiled and he nodded, “I’m home for another week, and I was thinking, since you’re such a great cook… that tomorrow we could throw a little dinner party?” He asked and I smirked, “I would love to!”

I sang quietly as I finished putting the cake in the oven. “Where’s Anna?” I asked turning to the highchair, “I put her in her crib, she was falling asleep in her chair.” Hannah laughed and I thanked her. We all sat in the living room and waited on the cake to finish. I sat next to Calum and Ashton on the couch, ‘What about Calum?’ I thought to myself, because in all honesty, Ashton is doing good, not cheating or anything, I just don’t think I’ll ever be able to make a life with him.

“Oli, Hannah, can we talk?” I asked and they nodded, we went into their room. “What’s up Tori?” Hannah asked. “What about Calum? God this is horrible.” I say and pace back and forth. “He’s just, always there for me, and he’s really hot, and sweet and ugh.” I sigh, still pacing. “Honestly, he’s really cool, but what about Austin?” Hannah winks. “Austin? Austin who?” “Carlile!” She cooed and I shake my head no “He’s too good of a friend. But Calum like damn.” “OKAY IF YOU’RE GOING FOR POP GUYS WHY NOT FUCKING HARRY STYLES OR SOMETHING GOD DAMN.” Hannah stormed off. “What’s got her all…?” I asked Oli and he shrugged his shoulders.

Calum came in behind Hannah, and Ashton behind him. “Whoa whatcha doing here Hannah?” I asked and she smiled. “Okay I saw this online once, kiss them.” She said and pushed Ashton to me. We kissed, and it was like any of our other kisses. “Now kiss Calum, and Ashton you can’t do shit.” Hannah said and Calum awkwardly walked up and me. He grabbed the back of my head softly and brought his lips down to mine. He kissed me, it wasn’t overly passionate, but it was passionate enough. “Oli go down with them and make sure they don’t kill each other.” She said and pushed the boys out of the room and ordered me to sit down on her bed, “So?” She asked.

“I felt normal with Ashton, but with Calum I kind of just felt something…” “Then you’ve decided?” She asked, raising an eyebrow, “But Anna.” I spoke. “Anna will understand when she’s older. Who do you think is right for YOU?” “Calum…” I whispered, so low I thought it was just in my head. “CALUM!!!” She shouted and he ran up here. “Yeah?” he said peeking through the door. “OLI BRING THE OTHER ONE!!” And pretty soon Ashton and Calum were both up here, “Do it.” She said to me.

“Ashton, I- we’re doing good, but I just can’t see myself keeping a life with you.” I said and he sighed, “I think it’s better for us to be friends, as long as I can see Anna whenever.” He smiled and hugged me, “Of course. Thank you for understanding.” I smiled and he nodded and left. “Now Calum.” Hannah smirked, “Ugh fuck. Calum I like you.” I laughed, sounding like I was 7. “Well maybe I like you too.” He laughed as well, “Enough to possibly want to be with me? Here? In this house?” I asked and he nodded, “I knew Ashton was bad for you the moment we met you, and ever since then I wished it was me who was in his position, because he didn’t deserve you.” He smiled and I hugged him. Yay!
