We still had stuff the boys had planned out, so I showered quickly and got dressed. I put on my makeup and did my hair. I looked at myself in the mirror and smiled. My newly pierced lip looked really cute with what I was wearing. I walked out of the tiny bathroom and their eyes grew wide. “Did I do something?” I asked nervously. “You uh, when did you get your lip pierced?” Ashton stammered. “That day I Skyped you and gave you my new number… 2 weeks ago.”

~Flashback~

“Come on Tori! It’ll look good!” Hannah smiled as I sat in the piercing chair. “But Hannah I’m scared!” I pleaded and she laughed. I sat there as the piercing guy sat there and put the needle into the gun thing. I gulped as he pulled out my lip and pierced it. “See. It didn’t hurt!” Hannah said and let me pick out 3 lip rings.

~End Flashback~

“Okay I’m going to say what everyone is thinking,” Austin sighed, “You look a lot like that kid right now.” He said pointing to Luke. I looked in the mirror on the outside of the bathroom door. Oh god I did… wow, okay. But it’s still cute… right? “But it’s still cute?” I asked frowning. “It’s adorable baby.” Ashton smiled and walked over to me and hugged me. “Let’s go!” Michael shouted.

We left the bus and walked a mile or so to this amusement park. I grabbed Ashton and pulled him to the ferris wheel. “I wanna kiss you at the top.” I smiled and pecked his lips. He laughed and handed the guy $5 “Stop it at the top mate?” He said along with it and the worker nodded. “It’s not night. But that’s okay. There’s no telling what those goofballs have planned.” Ashton said laughing. I cuddled up with him. It was warm today, but the sky was cloudy. It was nice honestly. I breathed in the warm city air and looked up at him.

He was already looking down on me and it made me smile. He smiled back and hissed my nose. All of the sudden we stopped. At first it scared me, but then I remembered he paid the guy. “I love you.” He said as he pulled me close and kissed me passionately. As we broke apart we started to move again. “I love you too.” I smiled. Moments later we were down at the bottom again.

“Oh my god it’s Ashton!!” Some girl shouted, causing us both to look back. He frowned, but smiled as they walked up. They looked about my age, maybe even older, but not by much if they were. He interlocked our fingers and held my hand tightly. “Hi girls.” He smiled. “Can you sign our shirts?!” They asked and handed him a sharpie. “I guess.” He laughed awkwardly and signed his name on their shirts. As they turned around they finally noticed me and scoffed. “Oh, is this your girlfriend?” one of them growled and he nodded. “The best I ever had.” He said and winked at me.

The girls stormed off and we were greeted by the rest of the band members. “When they told me you looked like my today, I didn’t see it, until now.” Luke laughed. “Haha yeah.” I laughed. Even if we were cool, it was still, really awkward. Calum insisted we leave, fans started appearing, so he said we needed to leave. We walked down the street to some restaurant. “We’ll leave you guys here to enjoy your night.” Austin laughed and they left me and Ashton. We walked inside and they asked for our reservation name. “Uh, my friends did this, it might be under Ashton Irwin.” He said nervously. “Ahh yes, right this way.” The women smiled and showed us to our table.


The sun was setting and it was beautiful. We sat inside by a window at a 2 person booth. This was a fancy place. I ordered an iced tea and spaghetti. Ashton ordered sweet tea and a steak. “This was really nice of the guys.” I said taking a sip of my tea. “Haha, yeah it was. Your piercing. How come I didn’t feel it yesterday when I kissed you?” “It wasn’t in. I had to put something in it to keep it from sealing, but the plane wouldn’t let me wear the ring.” I laughed.

Our food came and we ate. Ashton devoured the steak and I slowly ate my spaghetti. “You’re so beautiful.” He smiled looking at me. “Haha, thanks Ash.” I said awkwardly. I wasn’t ever sure what to say to complements. I never was. I just don’t see it, so I don’t know how other people can, you know? “Are you okay?” he asked. “Yeah I’m fine. It’s just hard to get used to being in America, where I know Chase can’t get me.” “Babe, he’s not here.” Ashton reassured me. But just as he said that. Someone, who looked exactly like Chase walked in. The waitress showed him to our table, he pulled up a chair and sat down.

“Tori. Nice lip ring.” He smirked and I gulped. “C-Chase… what are you doing h-here?” “You really think Oli and Hannah can keep me away?! Ha! Please.” “Back the fuck off man.” Ashton hissed. “Oh yeah, whatcha gunna do about it?” Chase teased. Ashton pulled his steak knife out and pointed it to him, “You won’t live long enough to find out if you don’t leave.” Ashton said and inched the knife closer to him. Chase backed up and left. “He’s here.” I said scared. My eyes were wide, I was shaking, this is going to be the death of me.
