Combined

Groaning softly, I push my hair out of my face and sit up, cringing when the light hits me. I roll out of bed, only to fall on the ground, no, someone on the ground.
"Ouch." The person mumbled, I widened my eyes and realized that I fell on Luke. My face flames up as I stand up and stare down at Luke.
"S-sorry, but uh, why were you sleeping on the floor in my room?" I ask, rubbing my arm awkwardly.
"You kind of wouldn't let me leave.." he trailed off, standing up before meeting my eyes. I raise an eyebrow, putting my hands on my hips, when I come in contact with my skin I instantly look down. I squeak loudly and hop back into bed, wrapping the sheets around myself. "I didn't do anything, I swear!"
I sit up Indian style and look at Luke smiling.
"I know, I know. So, what are we going to do today? Want to figure what song we're going to sing?" I ask, drawing my eyes together when I realize we have to get Harry.
"Sure, come get my when you're, ya know, dressed." He smiled shyly before scurrying out of the room, I drop my head in my hands and laugh, that was so awkward. Without another thought, I hop out of bed and head to the bathroom to take a quickly shower. Once I was done, I threw on some clothes, braiding my wet hair quickly before making my way to Luke's room.
Knocking loudly, I lean on the door frame waiting for him to open up when Harry passes by with a sour expression on his face.
"Hey, Harry, I was wondering-" I begin, but get cut off.
"No." Is all Harry mumbled before walking away, I draw my eyebrows together and sigh before turning back to Luke's door.
"I'm coming in!" I shout, opening his door and finding him asleep on his bed, I chuckle and close the door softly. I go back to my room, grabbing the song book and looking through the songs we've written, stopping an empty page. I stand up and head to the music room, but stop when I see Harry inside laying on the couch. I shake my head and walk over to him, pulling out one of his earphones.
"Hey!" His eye fly open in anger, already glaring at me.
"Could you please leave? I'm going to try out some new songs." I say, already walking over to the piano in the corner of the room.
"No way, Skylar." He growled before shoving the earphones back in his ears, I stick my tongue at him and sit down. Pencil in hand, I tap on the book, imediantly setting my hands on the piano once a melody comes into my head.
I smile, continuing to play the song Harry and I made, about half way through trying to figure out the lyrics, Harry decided to help me out. The songs called Just Give Me a Reason, I begin singing the beginning without the piano.

Before singing our duet, we smile at each other.

before we could sing any farther, Cassidy and Evangeline walked in smiling widely.
