Evangeline POV

The strains of music led Cassidy and I to Skylar's room upstairs. We had been trying to find her to begin with. We found Skylar and Harry singing about something or another. The song was rather good.

"We can use it," I exclaimed with a smile as I entered the room. "We will just have to adapt it so you and I can sing it." I commented to Skylar.
Skylar smiled slightly off guard at seeing us.
"So where's Luke?" Cassidy asked and I saw Harry's face darken. I'm sure Cassidy noticed as well.
"I was just asking because we wanted to invite you all to the slip and slide the boys are setting up. Liam and Daphne have escaped so we figured the more the merrier." Cassidy quickly exclaimed. She had been more talkative since last night I was of the opinion Zayn and Michael were good for her.

The two of them exchanged glances. Skylar turned back to us.
"I'm not sure where Luke is but we're in."
"Hooray!" I exclaimed probably sounding like a little kid again.
I skipped over to the other door in the apartment before knocking lightly.
"Come in. " a gruff voice answered.
I opened the door to see Luke sitting on the bed his head in his hands.
"Hi," I said in a quieter tone. "Did you maybe want to join the rest of us on the slip and slide maybe?"
Luke looked up at me and gave a weak smile.
"I think I'll pass. " Luke answered.
I quietly closed the door and skipped down the hall. Slipping into my bikini I made my way to the back porch. Chaos greeted me. The boys had set up the slip and slide but had used the hose not only on the tarp but on each other. Water and soap littered the grass up until the porch. The boys were also soaked which wasn't exactly bad because they were all easy on the eyes. Louis bounded up to me his skin glistening from the water.
"Hi." He said with a smile.
"Hi." I said shyly.
The tattoos on his chest caught my eye. Not able to stop myself I reached out and lightly traced my finger over one of them. It is what it is the tattoo said.
"I like the thought it is so simple. " I commented absentmindedly.
Only then did I realize what I was doing and lowered my hand. Louis had been holding really still as if scared of my touch. His eyes scanned mine. After a tense second Louis sucked in a breath and threw his arm across my exposed shoulders.
"Ready to get soaked?" Louis asked.
" I dunno. " said coyly.
I felt something wet dribble down my back. Gasping I swung around. Calum stood behind me the hose in his hand. Tattoos littered his chest as well. I saw Louis smirking out of my peripheral vision.
"You two planned this?" I asked while shaking water off of me.
They started laughing in answer to my question.
"I hate you both. " I pouted.
"Awwwww Evan please forgive us. "The echoed in mock sympathy offering hugs. I crossed my arms.
"I don't forgive you. I think I'll go hang out with the others. "
I retorted before turning on my heels.
For the next couple hours we all acted like we were 5 again. The water and suds expanded to the base of the door frames. I avoided Louis and Calum whether out of spite or just because I was hanging out with the girls I couldn't tell you. Luke did eventually make an appearance much to Skylar's delight and Harry's annoyance.
"What happened here?" Daphne's voice cut through the easy silence we had settled into. I lifted my head from where it had laid on Madison's stomach and turned to her.
"A slip and slide. " I commented like it was obvious and it kind of was.
"See Liam you leave them alone for a day and they get into all kinds of trouble." Daphne teased.

I launched myself into a sitting position and stood up.
"We didn't get into that much trouble. "
"Mhmmmm." Daphne hummed unconvinced.
The rest of the group got up and when the boys headed inside we held back.
"So you and Liam." Madison commented to Daphne.
"Pffft God no." Daphne scoffed. "He just owed me coffee. So what happened last night with everyone I kinda lost track?"
We settled into a circle on the grass leaning on our arms.
Madison shrugged her shoulders.
"We just kinda hung out and had fun." She commented vaguely.
"Um well you guys know that Harry and Luke got in a fight and Luke took me home." Skylar answered.
"Yeah what actually happened with that?" Cassidy asked.
Skylar took a deep breath before answering.
"Harry thought Luke and I were dancing too close and Luke called him a pervert and punches were thrown. " Skylar shrugged. I was pretty sure there was more to the story but I knew to be patient.
I turned to Cassidy and she just smiled.
"What?" She asked when she realized we were all looking at her.
"Don't look at me. I don't know what happened last night I blacked out soon after we put tye two of them in a taxi. "
I looked at her in shock. Cassidy wasn't usually one to get so drunk she passed out.
"In my defense Zayn got me drunk. " she said raising her hands in her defense.
The other looked at me and I smiled broadly.
"Calum kissed me. " I said short and to the point.
"Details. " Madison commented.
"Ummmmmmm well we didn't drink at all last night which is kinda normal for me. And when we got back Louis went to bed and when Calum said goodnight he kissed me. " I explained.
"So are you two together now?" Skylar asked.
I shrugged.
"I don't think so. So Daphne what's up with you?" I asked trying to steer the conversation away from me.
"I think I slept with Dustin. Scratch that I did sleep with Dustin. "
I shook my head.
"Any indication this was anything more than a one night stand?" I asked.
Daphne had some commitment issues we were trying to help her through the primary one her having sex just to have sex.
"So were all having some semblance of possible relationships?" Madison asked something on her mind. We all sort of nodded our heads.
"I have a proposition. " Madison said. "Well more of a bet. Last person to get a date with one of their partners has to have sex with one of their partners. " She said.
Daphne just smiled.
"A date has to be specifically specified as a date and in Daphne's case if she loses she has to seduce Liam. " Madison quickly added. I thought it over. It wouldn't be hard to get one of the boys to take me on a date. I nodded my head.
"I'm in."
The other girls slowly agreed.
"Red coats sign?" Madison asked.
We all went through the motions we had made up wheb we were little to signify an unbreakable promise.
"Well it's settled. " I said.

Notes

Sorry it's been too long guys the past month has been like a nuclear bomb went off in my life with school, drama, family emergencies and such. Here's a chapter for you guys and I think Cassidy already has something written she was just waiting for me.
