Chapter 20

Sophia's POV

“Hey babe, I'm going to take a quick shower, I'll be out in a few.” Liam says as he kisses my cheek.

“Ok.” I smile up at him and notice he's left his phone on the table. After a few minutes it vibrates, it's Codi. I hate her, I know Liam and her are best friends, he told me all about their holiday in Aruba, but she just needs to go, she's not like him, he deserves better. And I'm better. I decide to have some fun. Liam won't know the difference, he can be so stupid.

I first unlock his phone, he has the easiest pass code, I check twitter, find her, unfollow her, and block her. Phase one done.

I open his text messages, I don't even care the consequences, I can hear Liam is still in the shower. So I type quickly.

“Hey Eagle eye, you free for a chat quick?” She has this stupid nickname for him, he explained it to me, he always smiles when she texts him and uses it. It's dumb. Eagle eye? Because he didn't clip his toe nails one time, grow up Codi. And she's teaching high school, I'm sure her students are smart.

“Hey, sorry, I'm busy right now, with Sophia. We've been talking, and she's really uncomfortable with our relationship, I don't think we should talk anymore.” Hahah, I've seriously been waiting to say this to her. I wish I could see her face as she reads it.

“What do you mean Liam?” In my head I'm seeing tears streaming down her face, it's making me smile, she'll finally leave Liam alone and be out of our lives. Liam needs to focus on me.

“She's just uncomfortable, and she's my girlfriend now. I need to focus on her more, and less on you, I think we should just have a clean break. I glad we were friends for a while though.” I try to sound like him, he's usually really sweet but, make Liam mad and he'll go crazy.

“I get it.” She responds, but I want to push her over the edge and make sure she will leave us alone for good.

“Just don't be mad at her. This was my decision. We're better off without you” Putting it all on Liam, I quickly delete all of our text messages up until the ones they've sent back and forth and change the last four digits of her phone number saved in his phone and lock his phone. Then the perfect text comes up.

“I don't want to be friends with you. Quit texting me.”

My plan has worked. I squeal in delight.

Liam comes out of the shower and I quickly grab a magazine and pretend I've been flipping through it like I've been reading it the whole time.

“Hey babe, you got a text from Codi.” I say like I have no idea what it says.

“Oh yeah?” He's already smiling as he picks up his phone. God, I hate her.

He opens it up and sits down without saying anything, he looks bewildered.

“What's wrong baby?” I say as I get up and put my magazine down. I know exactly what is wrong, perfect plan.

“Codi say's she-she doesn't want to be friends anymore. She just randomly text me that. I don't understand.” He looks so confused.

“Aw honey, she's probably just busy, she knows were together now, maybe she wants to give us space.” I try to reason with him, making sure he gets the hint she “doesn't” want to be friends with him.

“I'm going to call her.” He says as he stands up, messing with his phone. “It's been disconnected.”

“Already? Maybe something happened and she just changed her mind. Some people can't take the fame that comes being associated with you. She doesn't want you to text her anymore, give her some space and let her go. You're happy with me, let her find someone to be happy with and back off.” I try to say sweetly but secretly glad my plan has been set in motion.

“You're right, I guess. I'll give her space. But she's not like that, Codi doesn't pay any attention to my fame. I'll try to contact her sister later for her new number. Lets go get something to eat.”

“Oh, Liam. Just leave her family alone for now. She wants space, give them all space, just focus on your career and me.” I say with a smile. God, Liam and Codi are idiots. But at least I won Codi, bitch won't be in our lives anymore, and I'll make sure of that.

Notes

Hope this explains it all!!

And just a note...I have nothing against Sophia and Liam, I'm sure she's a great girl. This is just for the sake of my story.

And I didn't add her to the character list because she only plays a small role in it. And I'm sure you all know what she looks like, if you don't, google her. :)

@Louis girl

I'm glad you liked it! I probably could have kept going but I didn't want a story that just dragged on and on!

@Emmy2320
I knew you probably wouldn't like the ending, but there is hope in the last section! I'm not exactly opposed to a sequel, I just don't have any idea where I would go with it as of right now. :) I'm working on a new one right now and I'll let everyone know on here when I post it!

I really enjoyed this story even if I am a little sad that they didn't get together! You are an amazing writer and I love that this wasn't a typical story. A sequel would be wonderful but I understand if you don't want to write one! I look forward to reading more of your stories in the future! :)
