*illianna’s POV*

When I woke up in the morning, Louis wasn’t by my side the way he was when we went to sleep.

I had slept the night at his house because I felt as if it was the least I could do, besides ruining his night. I actually managed to stay the entire night at Prom with him.

Louis was sat in the edge of his bed, shirtless with only his boxers on. I was in one of his T-shirts with my gown being draped over his closet door.

My sickness was still in my stomach and I was really starting to worry of the entire situation. My stomach aches had never been so severe or lasted more than a few hours.

“Good morning,” I greeted Louis, who was oblivious to my awakening. “What are you doing?”

He looked over at me and smirked before turning back away, going back to his thinking. His back was arched and his fist rested under his chin.

“What’s wrong?” I asked, confused at his actions.

Louis turned back to look at me but remained quiet. Instead, he scooted back up to me and kissed me passionately, something he hadn’t done in a while since we first started dating.

As much as I was unsure of what to do, I let him take control because I couldn’t resist him.

“I love you, illianna.” He finally spoke.

He pulled away and sat on the side of the bed.

“Louis, what’s wrong with you?” I kept wondering.

“An ‘I love you’ back would be better.” He sighed.

I grabbed a hold of my stomach and moved over next to him.

“I love you too. So much.” I clarified, wrapping my arms around his waist.

Louis smirked at me again and kissed me once more, this time laying us both back on his pillows.

He asked if my stomach was still in pain but my body became at ease with him. He lifted himself on top of me and pulled my shirt up, kissing my entire torso.

My body immediately tensed.

“Do I make you nervous?” he asked.

“Always.” I breathed.

Louis began to nibble at my neck and ear, eventually grabbing my ear lobe with his teeth. He massaged my upper body and fondled with my breasts while I tugged and pulled his hair.

He pulled himself off after a while and returned to sitting on the edge of the bed and I followed.

“There’s something really important that you need to know.” Was the first thing he said.

I nodded my head to let him know I was listening.

“I uh, I got a letter from a college scout in the mail last week,” he stuttered. “Attached to it was a scholarship.”

He looked at me for a response but I only smiled at him, proud for him earning a scholarship.

“To which University?” I eagerly questioned, breaking the silence.

“It’s not a University. It’s a program.”

“What kind of program?” I pondered, not wanting to over react.

Louis sighed and walked over to his desk, picking up an envelope. He handed it to me and I read over it, noticing a soccer ball in the top left corner and the country of ‘Spain’ written on it.

“It’s an elite soccer program in Spain.” He said, answering some of my questions.

“I got a scholarship to be part of the program. I’ll be taking my college courses and be part of their soccer team.” He informed me, while I read the letter written from the college scout.

“The college scouts are going to pay for me to move over there, pay for my courses, my supplies, and my dorm.” Louis added in.

All I could do was look over the brochure and letter.

“Niall got the same letter too.” He also said.

I let out a smile and folded the letter and brochure up, placing it back in the envelope.

“Congratulations! You’re going to Spain!” I smiled, broken inside. “When do you leave?”

Louis smirked once more and took the envelope back to his desk. He came and sat right back next to me and grabbed my hand to hold.

“I would leave after graduation.” He assured me.

I nodded, fighting back the pain in my chest and tears from my eyes.

“If I go though. There’s one thing that will stop me.” He confessed.

“What is it?” I murmured.

“You.” He whispered, wiping the small tear from my eye.

I looked up at him, wondering why he would give up his dream to become a professional athlete for me. I wasn’t worth the hassle.

“Why me?” I mumbled.

“I don’t think you’re sick, illianna,” Louis thought. “I think that I might have made you pregnant.”

My mouth immediately opened from shock. I never thought about becoming pregnant because it would completely slip through my mind.

I couldn’t be pregnant.

“No,” I shook my head refusing. “I’m not. There’s no way!” I stuttered out.

“I’m not trying to be over dramatic, but this could be a real thing,” Louis defended. “Don’t deny it just yet.”

I wiped my face and scooted away from him but he only pulled me back into his chest, holding me and making me feel as if everything was going to be okay.

“I’m going to take you to see a doctor like I said last night, illianna. Because if you are pregnant, I’m staying here with you. I will take care of you, and I promise.” Louis whispered so softly in my ear, relaxing my body.

But I would refuse to believe that I was pregnant with his child. I just can’t be. Not now, not yet.

Louis kept whispering in my ear and all I could think about was him. How I came into his life and ruined his future.

If I was pregnant, I stole his career away from him. If I wasn’t, he would debate on moving to Spain or staying here with me.

If by some chance I was pregnant, I couldn’t play soccer next season. I’d lose the little bit of friends I had and who knows how Zayn will react.

I wasn’t even a senior yet and Louis was already graduating.

“What makes you think I’m pregnant?” I finally spoke.

“It’s a possibility Lily. You threw up when no one else did last night, and Zayn told me that you never had vomiting issues like that.”

“That doesn’t mean anything. I told you that I just ate too much.” I defended.

“We’ve had unprotected sex a bunch of times, illianna. Maybe we weren’t so lucky and careful as we thought.” Louis reminded me.

To me, it sounded as if he really wanted me to be pregnant.

My anxiety started to arise and I felt my body tense and shake. My abdomen had gotten extremely sore and I felt several reflexes in my stomach.

I knew what was coming so I quickly broke away from Louis’s arms and skidded my way into his bathroom, leaning down over his toilet and vomited once more.

Nothing but just stomach acid. Or worse, morning sickness.

Louis walked over to me and knelt down beside me, moving my hair out the way and blowing down on my neck. He patted my back and got a wet cloth to wipe my mouth.

“Let’s get you to the appointment I made you earlier this morning.” Louis mentioned as he helped me up to brush my teeth.

He left me alone while he went out to retrieve my clean clothes.

“Zayn is going to kill me.” He chanted.

Hopefully, he doesn’t have to.
