Why Did We Have to Fall in Love?

Sarah's POV

"Okay." I took a shaky breath in. "I haven't fully told you everything that has happened to me Niall."

He looked at me and gave me a questioning look. I then continued.

"After I got raped by...him... I began to feel sick a lot and then sickness started. I thought I had just gotten the stomach flu or something until my mum noticed that I was gaining weight, she forced me to the doctors. The doctor immediately realized that I was pregnant. Pregnant at 16. How stereotypical huh?" Niall bowed his head slightly and held my hand gently. "So then obviously I told Beth and Beth went mental. She went to his house since he was on bail and confronted him about the pregnancy, about 3 days after I saw in the newspaper that he had gotten into a serious car crash and died. Good riddance I guess. Anyway...I kept myself healthy and tried to take care of the child as much as I possibly could. I still went to school and everyone had heard about how I had gotten pregnant and most people were supportive others said that I deserved it. Then when I was about 5 months pregnant I fell down the stairs at school. That morning was the first time I had felt a kick and it was also the last, that night I miscarried."

I finished and tears were running down my face fast and heavy again. Niall pulled my close into his arms and placed a gentle kiss on my head.

"I'm so sorry you had to go through that baby. I'm so sorry. I...I..." He began too stutter and then gave up on trying to say something.

"I just wish that nothing happened so I wouldn't be this damaged..."
