“Goal!” the fit brunette exclaims after the goalie fails to block the ball.
A giant smile spreads across her face along with the rest of her teammates. Time runs out, ending the game. The brown-eyed girl has brought another victory to the Oakdale Sea Monsters. The crowd cheers loudly from the stands. Boards with her name and number rise to the sky, and her teammates are giving her high fives like they always do after a win. The only member that doesn’t is her best friend, who gives her a hug instead.
The star of the team lets the crowd’s voices slowly slip away along with her team. Her chestnut eyes make their way over to the figure with blond hair standing by the stands. He’s here again. The star can just barely make out a smile plastered on his face.

I'm crazy, and I like to write a bunch of stories at the same time. This is a new one that I came up with last week that I really like. It's different than all of my other stories, and I like that the main character is not based on me at all. Kati is actually my character.
