Lost In This So Called World

Harry's PoV-

I get inside and Louis is sitting on the couch fiddling with his phone. When he looks up I give him a half smile and then head towards the cupboard where I keep all my alcohol, which is a lot.

"Wanna drink?" I ask and raise my eyebrow.

"Ya' know you really should stop drinking." He pushes for the hundredth time, sounding concerned.

"Nah I think it'll be okay if I drink for a while longer," I counter, my tone a little harsher the necessary.

"Alrighty then. I came here to see how you where doing and I see it's still the same old thing." He rolled his eyes disaproovingly.

"Oh um... yah same old same old." I muttered, staring down at my brandie and shrugging. "Yeah, all's the same except for today where I meet a nice girl, even though we didn't start off on such great terms. I asked for her number but she turned me down." I frowned.

"Well that's new, you sure you want to take the chance?" He asked, knowing how many times I had been hurt.

"Uh yeah I guess. She didn't seem like all the other sluts I dated." I think?

"Well that's good" He smiled. "Well I've got to go and see some college students on this paper the professer gave out so I'm glad your doing okay. I'll stop by tomorrow.... I'm not sure. Depends on what the work is. See you later." He then walked out the door leavening me, a bottle of brandie, and a whole lot of pain.
