*Summer's POV*

I look at Louis as he smiles deviously. He lets my mom and brother in, but made me stop at the door.

"Now, Love, why don't you sit next to me?" He says guiding me over to the table.

My brother takes a seat on the opposite side next to my mom. I take a seat next to Louis. He tries to put his hand on my inner thigh, so I grab it and pull it away from him. I feel my phone vibrate, so I look at it.

"My mom is cooking in the kitchen right now." Louis smiles innocently at my mom.

I look at the text shocked.

Noah: Hey, want to meet me at the park near school?

"Um, Mom, I forgot, I have a report due, so I should go home." I say standing up and ignoring Louis' suspicious look.

"Okay, see you at home." She says, my mom has been more chilled down since my father.

I walk towards the door and leave. I go to my house to get my car keys as I hear someone behind me. 'Not Chris or Mom, not Chris or Mom' I repeat in my head. I turn to find Louis looking down at me.

"Now where do you think you're going, Summy?" he asks.

"I'm going out, why do you want to know?" I answer with another question.

"You just lied to get out of dinner with my mom and I. I think I deserve to know."

"Well, thanks for your concern, but I can deal."

"I think I should go."

"No thank you." I say walking towards the car.

"You're going to see Noah aren't you?" I hear him ask as I unlock the car.

"Yes." I answer in a low whisper.

"Dammit, Summer! Why the hell am I not good enough for you?"

"What?"
