Just Another Jock
"I said, why am I not good enough for you?" Louis rephrases his sentence.
"Stop joking Louis, all you want is sex from me that you're never going to get, just let whatever happens between Noah and I, happen." I respond, getting in the car and pulling away from the drive way.
I arrive at the park near school and see Noah sitting on top of the jungle-gym. I walk over to him trying not to fall since I'm in heels walking in the sand.
"So, where did you come from?" He asks.
"Well, you remember Louis? He just so happens to be my next door neighbor. My mom set up for us to have dinner with them, and I was lucky enough to tell my mom a lie." I explain.
"Sounds like hell on wheels."
"I'm just hoping that Louis didn't tell my mom or follow me here because he caught me and tried to get me to stay."
"I don't trust him, I think that he wants you to think he cares, but after he gets what he wants from you, then he'll leave you."
"I agree, that's why I'm here with you."
He leans in, getting ready to kiss me, just as my phone goes off. It's my brother. I just had to jinx it, didn't I?
"Hello?" I say as more of a question.
"Elly, get back over to Louis' house before we tell Mom you lied to her. I don't want you near Noah, Louis told me his game."
"But I bet that you don't know that Louis only wants sex then leave, Noah isn't like that. He wants to take it slow, he's nice and gentle, and refuses to cuss around me, unlike Louis who only wants to use me as a game."
"Seriously, Summer, Louis' over here freaking out about if Noah's done something to you, but you're claiming he doesn't care. I want you to meet me out in front of our house before I decide to tell Mom, you have ten minutes."
I hang up the phone, kiss Noah's cheek bidding a farewell, and run to the car. I drive off getting home with a few minutes to spare.
I pull into the drive way and get out seeing my brother's face and Louis'. I continue to walk towards the house to put the keys up.
"Do you know how scared Louis was that he didn't stop you before you left. He thought that Noah was going to harm you! For all we know, he-" my brother begins.
"He what, was about to kiss me? Yes, gosh forbid I get my first kiss from a decent guy," I say then shout towards Louis since he's wide eyed, "Yeah, I know, I've never been kissed and I'm 16, big deal!"
"Look, we should just go to dinner, and pretend like none of it happened, please, Summer, forgive me for telling your brother." Louis says.
"Later, I'm telling him what you told me during class." is all I say before walking off to Louis' house.
Once Louis caught up to me, he opened the door and gestured me in again. I walk over to the table where I was sitting before.
"Why did you come back, did you finish your report?" my mother asks.
"Yeah, as it turns out, I didn't have to do as much as I thought." I say.
I wait for the food to come out. His mother made spaghetti. We sat there and talked for hours and such. after about an hour, we finally left.
I sit on my bed looking at my laptop. Earlier, I found out that Louis' bedroom is right across from mine. Oh goody! *Note the sarcasm*.
"Hey, what is it that you wanted to tell me earlier?" My brother asks coming into my room.
"Well, you know your little buddy? He was staring at my chest and telling me not to tell you anything that they do because they'd kick your-" I begin.
"WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THIS EARLIER?!"
"They told me you'd get hurt."
"I'm going to go to bed, tomorrow it's just you and me, okay?"
"Okay, night Chris, love you.
He walks away down the hall, just as I hear a sort of knocking on my window. I run to close the door, then go over to my window and open it. I look down at Louis.
"What do you want?" I ask in the rudest way I can.
"Just let me up so we can talk." he says.
"How are you going to get up here?" I now ask letting curiosity get the best of me.
"Flower ladder that leads up until your window, duh."
"Don't sass me."
I leave my window open and lie down on my bed positive that he's not going to climb up, but for some reason a little part hopeful for it. I look over towards the window to see him propping his arm (which he's propping his head on) on the bottom and clicking his fingers to the bottom as well. He then climbs in and sits on the window seat. (A/N I got this from Google and the windows open side ways.)
I stand up,so he does the same. I walk over to the window where he's at.
"What were you thinking, climbing through the window?" I inquire.
"Well, I was mostly hoping that you'd forgive me. And I was wondering if I could be your- um, your first kiss?" He asks
Wow, I didn't even expect this, and I'm the author, lol anyways, please tell me what you think, any suggestions for the next chapter, I'm all ears, well technically I'm all eyes, tee hee hee, yeah I know, bad joke. Anyways, I'm open for suggestions and judgement on how I'm doing, what I can do to be better, and so on and so forth.
