Drake's POV

"What are you doing here?" I said coldly. Niall looked up at me and slightly smirked. God, how I want to slap that smirk off of his face.

"Hey.... It's you again, Drew right?" He asks, but I simply ignore him. "Well... I'm here since I have been transferred back. I'm also here to get my princess back. I made a promise that I intend to keep. But, so far I have not seen her since YOU took her away from me. Quite forcefully if I may add. So I would like an explanation please." He asks kindly.

"Niall, you aren't supposed to be here. You moved on. You left HER. On her own, not to mention, BROKEN when she found out about you and that slut. Honestly, you are bringing her nothing but trouble. Why did you come back now? To visit The whore of the hour?" Carie suddenly interrupted us and raising her voice. She stood up and was about to come face to face to him but Seth and Nicki held her back.

"Nice to see you too Carie. I left because of my parents... It wasn't my choice." He said slightly afraid, while raising his hands up in surrender with a worried look on his face.

"You have some nerve coming back here, Horan." Nicki states softly.

"That was my intention. I made a promise to her before I left that I would come back for her and I do plan on keeping it." He repeats himself.

"Yeah, right! Probably before you broke her heart! I'm sorry for not being sorry to say that you are a little too late. She is moving on." She got quiet as she finished. Niall became colorless in the face and seemed very shocked to hear that. So was I right? She does like me?

"What do you mean she moved on? She couldn't have had moved on already! I saw her earlier today in town with this guy." He jabs his finger at me.

"For some reason and I could tell that she still felt the same as she did back then. And those photos you guys are seeing, aren't real! Brittney did not come out to see me nor did I, or would I EVER invite her! I never went to a single party since we broke it off! The welcome back party was only put together from my family, for my family only!! I still love Ariella and I know that deep down she still feels the same." He said in one breath, exhaling any extra air he had left.

Everyone had confused, pitied, and guilty looks on their faces. They caught on to when he said that Ari and I saw him in town. That was something I left out in my explanation. Oops.

"Or did Drew here not tell you that." They all glanced to me while I put my head down to face my shoes.


Niall's POV

"Its Drake, not Drew." He quietly spoke, looking away.

"Drake?" Carie slowly said. He sighed, smearing his hand in his face. I am going to take it that he did not tell them that part. Real, nice.

"He's right. That was why I was mad. I was... Jealous." The room got silent as he spoke. Well. Too quiet.

"So can anyone tell me whats going on and where is Ariella?" I asked worriedly. Drake became tense as I said her name, but relaxed after. He has to understand that I will do anything to get her back. As desperate as that sounds, it's true. I awaited for someone to say something. Anything. But only receiving nothing.

"She's... She's been kidnapped." Carie tells me, sadly. My legs quickly gave out and Seth and Josh held me back up.

"What...?" I said as if the wind was knocked out of me. Hearing those words come out was the worst hit I've ever taken.. They all gave me sincere looks and then explained everything.

Drake began the explanation since he was with her, and then Carie finished it off which explains all the monitors directed into one precise location. Drake also brought up my best mate Louis. Or apparently ours... He had disappeared for some unknown reason and apparently that's where he was.

Or... Now is.

My heart was breaking when they told me what happened to Ariella. She is out there with a sprained ankle and was being abused. I know she is a very, very excellent spy and everything, but I still worry about her safety. What do you expect? Of course I still love her! Then my heart break quickly flushed into anger. I can't stand here and not do anything about it...

"When are we leaving?" I asked sternly. They all looked at me shocked.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, 'we'? No. No way. You are not part of this. We already have the positions filled up and ready. There is no way that you are coming." Drake started while slowly walking towards me, anger building up.

"ACTUALLY..." Nicki cuts off Drake. "We could use him as the other field operative. I'll stay with Carie on eyes and you guys can work together. That is if you remember what you are doing." She finished, looking directly at me.

"I just transferred locations it was the same school. I know what I am doing. And I will do it."

"No way I am working with this guy." Drake says coldly, jabbing his thumb at me. It took me everything I had to not take him down and break that thumb of his. I guess he is the other field operative.

"You have to Drake, whether you like it or not. Niall here is actually a really good operative. Better than me. He tied with Ari before he left." Carie looked over to me and slightly smiled, she and I and everyone else in the room except for Drake remembering the face off.

She and I have become the final two to get to first place during the Field Operation Study class. It was getting very intense when it became us two. We had to square off and had to fight. Here in Oak Hills we don't care whether you are a girl or a guy. We can always hit the opposite gender without getting in trouble.

But me, not wanting to hurt my baby, my princess, my angel, my everything, and being the gentleman that I am, I let her win, but Ari knew that. She bugged me for days on how she wanted a rematch where I didn't hold back. The way she would grab my arm and tug slightly while looking up to me with her adorable puppy eyes and her small pleas made me gave in.

Of course, I beat her and yes ,she got upset. She is just so cute. Especially when she is mad. She is just so happy all the time and I'm glad to know that I am the one that puts a smile on her beautiful face every time we see each other. I don't ever want to lose her.

Another reason why I came back for her. I returned the smile to Carie. Drake stayed silent, probably debating with himself.

"Alright.. But we are going my way, got it pretty boy?" He snarled. I sighed. He just doesn't get my name... It's not that hard!

"Its Niall." I correct him.

"Pardon?" He said annoyed. Don't let it get to you Niall.

"My name, is Niall. Niall HORAN. I'm flattered that you think that I'm 'pretty' but I would prefer 'sexy-looking', or just plain Niall, thank you." I said with a smile. He rolled his eyes in disgust while everyone else seemed amused. I shrugged it off.
