Josh's POV

We all crowded around the monitors in the library as we continue to investigate and deepen the plan to rescue Ariella, and prepare to leave in a little bit. I still can't believe this prick didn't watch out for her. And she had a sprained ankle?! What kind of guy does that?! Especially to Ariella!! She is like my little sister. Ever since I met her here 3 years ago I was always there to look out after her. And I sense that this new guy is going to become a problem. A big one. I need a walk.

"Guys I'm gonna head upstairs for a second I'll be back." I said. They all murmured okays and sure's so I just left.

I walk upstairs to the dorms and walked by the girls' room. I stopped and decided to walk in. I looked around and saw the typical things you would find in a girls room. Clothes, hair brushes, shoes, security weapons, stuffed animals, etc... Typical girls.

As I was about to exit the room I heard a constant vibration on a bed and became curious. I slowly walked to what was Ariella's bed and found her phone. She had 6 unread text messages from an unknown number. Weird.

I didn't want to read them since it is an invasion of privacy. Especially HER privacy. You NEVER go through Ari's privacy without her permission unless you want to end up in the hospital. Its actually happened to a few people. But with 6 messages from someone she doesn't know gets me very worried. And maybe it will help with this rescue mission. So, after countless minutes of debating with myself, I opened them.

The last one was sent seven minutes ago. Niall? He's back? I heard what happened between Ariella, him, and Brittney from Carie. I am not very fond of Niall and haven't been since then. He was actually a pretty cool guy and we got along pretty well. He really did light up Ariella's world and brought a smile to her face every time she saw him. They were absolutely adorable and if he stayed, they would have been named cutest couple in the yearbook.

Ever since this event happened freshman year, Ariella moped around and refused to even get out of bed and skipped the majority of her classes until Head Mistress found out about it and forced her back into her classes.. But, with these texts, I thought that Ariella wasn't dating him anymore? And.. Isn't she interested in Drake? (Which I still disapprove..)

Stupid love triangles..

That's when I was pulled out of my thoughts by the door being knocked, even though it was already opened. I turned to face the person that knocked to see a face I haven't seen in quite a while. Niall.

"Hello?" He said. Obviously he forgot who I am.

"Niall?! What are you doing here?"

"Wait.. Josh?!" He exclaimed.

"Yeah, who else?" I said flatly, crossing my arms, standing tall.

"Come on, man don't tell me that your against me too..." He said disappointed, his shoulders dropping.

"I am, because what you did to Ari was not cool."

"Dude... You know what.. Never mind that, have you seen her though? She isn't answering her phoo..." He said as he looked down to my hand still holding her phone.

"Is that her phone?"

"Yeah."

"Why do you have her phone?"

"Why are you texting her?" I immediately responded.

"Because I need to tell her something..."

"Like...?" It took him a minute before he spoke again.

"I'm, back to stay Oak Hills." He said quietly.

"What?!" I yelled, my eyes wide. He held out his hands, motioning for me to calm down.

"It's a long story, but I promised her I would come back. Now where is she?"

What should I tell him... Well... How should I tell him..? Oh the love of your life was kidnapped by a bunch of bad guys including our teacher that has worked here for years... Yeah... No.

"Follow me."

"Uh, alright?" He said confused.

We reached back down to the library and saw everyone still crowded around the monitors, pointing to a location and reviewing the plan Carie created again. Niall looked very confused and lost about what we were doing. Wait until he finds out. So I spoke up.

"Hey guys, you remember Niall..." As soon as I said his name everyone's head shot up to look at him. Everyone looked furious. If looks could kill this guy would be a goner... Poor guy.

"Hello again." He merely waved then shoved his hands into his pockets. Drake, did not look too happy.
