Behind The Backstage Doors

Maybe you're hiding a man in your bunk?

Alison looked at her reflection nearly in tears. Her neck had two purple marks as a reminder of him and the concealer wasn't helping at all. She didn't really regret last night even though she thought she should. She wasn't going to let him near her anymore. She was going to stand her ground.

She heard a knock on the door and she quickly covered her neck with her hair. She stumbled around the hotel room in her high heels picking her clothes and throwing them on the bed to look like she was almost done with the packing. She knew it was either Louis or Zayn on the door coming to check if she was ready as they were leaving Berlin today.

"I'm coming!" she yelled when she heard the person knocking again. She took a few strides on the door and opened it.

"Sorry it took a bit but I'm ready in a sec!" she rushed to say as she saw Zayn there. She opened the door further for him and went back to her luggage to squeeze her stuff there.

"Doesn't look like it. You need a hand?" Zayn chuckled as he saw the mess in the room.

"No, I'm fine! Tell others I'm ready in ten minutes!" she said with high pitched voice and turned around forgetting that her hair were covering her neck and tucking it quickly in a bun.

Zayn looked at her neck and then caught her gaze amused. She blushed deep red turning back to her stuff and heard him letting out a laugh.

"Oh I see why you're late. Had fun last night?" he teased.

"No, I mean... Yes. I -I had a great time," her brain wasn't functioning and she stuttered. She was in trouble now. Zayn was probably going to tell the others and then they would tease her the whole bus drive to Denmark.

She couldn't have been more right when she stepped in the bus fifteen minutes later. Liam gave the scarf she was wearing a raised eyebrow and Niall smirked at her. She tried to act like she didn't notice the three boys giving each other knowing gazes as she sat next to Zayn on the coach and picked up her phone.

She brought up the text field with Brianna ignoring the boys as they waited for the drive to begin. She needed to tell someone about last night so she told her best friend the whole story even though she knew Brianna would judge her. She had been the one to convince Alison to take the job and that she'd be alright, as long as she'd stay away from Harry. But now she had failed and she wasn't sure what to do.

After a while waiting she heard Paul yelling everyone outside to get in the buses. Louis, Josh and Lou barged inside while Zayn informed everyone to be quiet because he was going to sleep in the bunk. Alison hadn't seen Harry all morning but she assumed he was talking with the driver on the front or sleeping. She tried to push the thought of him in the back of her mind telling herself she didn't really care. But she couldn't help herself and the thought of him kept haunting back to her head. She rested her head on the coach closing her eyes while the others chatted around her.

"Alisooon," she was woken up of her thoughts when Louis snapped his fingers in front of her face.

"What?" she asked annoyed.

"A bit hungover huh?" he laughed and she frowned. "No," she said sternly. She hadn't even drunk last night but it looked like Louis didn't believe her.

"Yeah yeah sure. I was just saying that you don't need to wear that scarf. It's quite hot there and we all know," he smirked and Lou let out a laugh on the other side of the couch. Alison stood up quickly and grabbed her phone from the table.

"Where you're going, love?" Liam asked because of her sudden movement.

"I'm going to choke Zayn," she muttered and started to walk but Louis got a grip of her wrist.

"He's asleep, love," he started giving Liam a glare. Alison rolled her eyes at Louis. Sometimes he got really protective of his little sister. Once he even went so far that he spilled a drink in a man's lap who was talking to Alison when they were partying in a club. At that time she had been furious to him but in retrospect she was grateful to Louis for getting rid of the annoying man. She couldn't help but smile at the memory.

"Why don't you tell us about your last night," he grinned pulling Alison by her hand to sit next to him.

"Hmm, yeah, you should tell. I don't wanna know the dirty details but was he good," Lou said leaning closer and winking her eye at her. Ofcourse they wanted some entertainment in the boring bus drive so they teased her, she thought.

"God you're annoying!" she cried out when they all looked at her waiting for her to say something. She hid her face with a pillow and Louis started to tickle her sides. "Something must have happened when you're hiding like that," Josh said. But they all turned their head when Harry walked in the room and slumped on the coach.

He ignored their looks and pulled his phone out when it beeped for a new message smiling as he looked at the screen. Alison watched Louis shrugging his shoulders at Josh who was rolling his eyes because of Harry. They looked like they knew who Harry was texting and it confused Alison.

"Okay," she sighed out dramatically. "I'll tell you what happened last night," she started and they all turned their heads towards her again except Harry who just shifted uncomfortable on his seat.

"So?" Louis asked impatiently when Alison paused for a moment.

"So... I just thought it'd be nice to relax and have a drink in the bar and then I met this guy," she said smiling. "And...?" Lou trailed off waiting for her to continue.

"And we had a few drinks. He was nice and we ended up in my room," she said. Lying was much easier than she had thought. Niall whistled and Louis laughed slamming her hand.

"So now you know. Not much to tell about," she shrugged it off picking her phone and glancing at Harry. He was still playing with his phone trying to look like he wasn't interested but he had a frown on his face now. Alison was sure he had been listening to the conversation.

"So he wasn't good or? Did you get his number?" Lou asked while wiggling her eyebrows. Liam smacked her hand and told her to shut up but Alison just laughed loudly mostly because she loved winding up Harry.

"Well, I don't think it was necessary to get his number because it's not like it's gonna happen again or anything," she told while looking at his reaction from the corner of her eye. He looked like he had had enough as he jumped of the coach loudly and made his way in the bunks closing the curtain after him.

"God I'm sick of Harry's moods and the tour hasn't even started yet properly," Niall said but the curly one was quickly forgotten when Liam offered chips and Niall was the first one to take some.

Alison looked out of the window and tried to clear her head. She was never really one to play games but she needed some entertainment to get through the tour. She wasn't going to just sit there letting everything she had had with Harry pass her. She allowed herself to think that way. That she still wanted him and that she might have a glimmer of hope. She opened her phone and saw that Brianna had answered her text.

From Brianna:
God. I'm not even gonna say anything. U know what I think of u and Harry. Just no.

She rolled her eyes and switched her phone off. For once she should just not overthink and let go. Yes, that was what she was going to do.

Alison sneaked of the room to go to the bathroom while the others had put some movie on. But just when she was about to open the bathroom door Harry interrupted her.

"What the fuck is wrong with you?" he whisper-yelled while staring at her eyes and blocking her way. She quickly crossed her arms over her chest looking at him angrily.

"Pardon?"

"What that was about earlier?" he asked and when she tried to push past him he leaned against the door so she couldn't open it.

Alison sighed loudly and took off her scarf. "See? Now excuse you," she said trying to push him away again as he stared at the marks on her neck.

He tried to cover his smirk by biting his bottom lip but failed. When they were still together he had always loved marking her and letting everyone know whom she belonged.

"Hmm, I can make more to confuse everyone. Maybe you are hiding a man in your bunk?" he winked taking a step closer.

She let him come close and hover his lips on her neck but just when he was about to kiss her jaw she stepped past him in the bathroom. He looked stunned when she quickly waved her hand and locked the door. She wasn't going to let him get her that easy.
