Don't Blow It
Kay's P.O.V:
I had told Sami that I was glad she talked me out of my plan... but I was talking about the fact that I used to be heavily into smoking, cigarettes, but still, and was considering using again. She told me that I hadn't worked so hard the last three months to just take it up again. I sat on my bed and stared at the ceiling, the same position as earlier.
I flipped on my side and turned on WEtv, and Charmed came on.
"Fuck you and your perfect relationship, Piper!" I yelled at the screen, throwing a pillow at her and Leo's televised wedding.
Even though the TV was playing, I just buried my face in the bed. My hair was pulled back and my face was clean, thanks to Sami. But I sensed that her and Niall may have gotten in a little more trouble than she was letting on. I mean, Paul was back now!
And poor Rachel.... maybe I should talk to her again about Louis. They need to finish whatever they were talking about because I had a feeling she may have misunderstood Lou. I pulled out my phone to text Rachel outside of our group chat.
Me: You okay?
But I quickly put my phone down when Liam walked in, slamming the door behind him. Okay... he closed it, but it was so deadly silent, it sounded like a slam.
"Are you still not talking to me?" I asked, wiping my face a little. He didn't say anything. He just went and grabbed a shower. The entire ten minutes he was in there, I stared at the door. He came out in his boxers and pulled out a suitcase. He took out a 'Crazy Mofos 4 Life' t-shirt with the sides cut out and a pair of skinny jeans. I just watched him get dressed.
Don't blow it... Don't blow it. I kept telling myself, but I did. I couldn't help it.
"Are you just not gonna talk to me at all anymore?" And after that, the way he looked up at me... the was the last straw. I was leaving. I was gonna go home.
"Are you coming to the show tonight?" He asked, but no emotion showed in his face.
"Yeah." I said, wanting to watch him perform one more time before I left. I wouldn't be at the second show but Simon was making us go to the party afterward.
"See you then I guess." He said and disappeared out the door and down the hall.
Rach: NO!!
I saw that Rachel had texted me.. implying that she wasn't okay. I was planning on responding but she came into my room.
"How'd you get in?" I asked her.
"Liam. He handed me his key and stomped down the hall, real pissed-like. What happened?" I looked away, not wanting a repeat of this morning to go on.
"I prefer not to talk about it." I said, determined not to cry this time.
"Okay... well, what should I do about Lou? I mean... he seems pretty upset with me." She came and sat by me on the bed and turned to face me.
"Look, you need to find some time to finish your talk... because true, he won't wait forever but there's no way he only asked you on the tour to get in your pants. It doesn't happen. He's not like that."
"But I thought about what you said last time and I really don't think I'm ready." She said, fiddling with her hands.
"Tell him that. But you need to hear his side first." I said. She nodded her head and then said she had to go for something. Hopefully, it was to talk to Lou. I laid back and buried my face in the sheets.
I really wish I could've stayed longer.
