Harry’s Pov

“Scarlett doesn’t love me” I said nodding realization hitting me hard

“She doesn’t Love me either mate” Zayn said pulling out a smoke and taking a drag.
Louis took the smoke and took a drag. Niall just sat there with a ball throwing it to hades.

“She let me kiss her” I said “She let me.”

“Look mate,” Zayn said “take a step back from the moment it happened, did she kiss you back? Or did she let you? Did she even show any take in it? Did she like it?”

“I- I don’t know” I realized my eyes widening “She didn’t kiss back or anything… And she wiped her her mouth after i kissed her yesterday in front of you all”

“she gave you the signs Haz” Zayn shrugged “Its weird cause you and I are used to having people chasing after us, we aren’t used to having such a huge competition.”

I nodded. “ I don’t even know anymore Zayn, I’ve given up.”

Scarlett’s Pov

“I need to go clean up your wound and see it in the light, re-bandage.” I said

Liam looked up at me “Okay”

“do you think you can make it without ripping any of the stitches?” I asked

“I’ll be careful.” He smiled

I helped Liam out as we got out of the tent he covered his eyes.

“Liam!” Niall gasped getting up and hopping about like its Christmas.

“Hey mate” Liam grinned Opening his arms Niall gently hugged him

“I’m going to check Liam out. Change the dressing” I took the kit full of supplies

I pointed to the table “go lay down on that”

“you need any help?” harry asked

I smiled at him “nah, thanks Harry”

I walked over to Liam he was making his way over to the table. He sat on it.

“let me see this” I said as I tugged the tape off of the one side and began to remove the gauze. I pulled off the pieces to tape around the large piece of gauze covering the wound.

His breath hitched in his throat I knew it hurt, “Liam” I said softly “it’ll be over soon”

I started removing the gauze it was stuck to the wound, Liam whimpered.

I bit my lip “I’m going to pour some peroxide on it.”

He nodded.

“I’ll do it” Zayn said from behind me. “Hold Liam”

I nodded and handed him the bottle.

I went to Liam and put my forehead on his, he wound his fingers with mine and pressed his lips to my collarbone. Zayn began to dispense the peroxide on Liam, his grip intensified a bit. Zayn doused the gauze and took a step back.

“Thank you” I nodded

“You know” Zayn said “ You two actually make the cutest couple, you remind me of how Perrie and I used to be.”

I looked at Zayn and hugged him. “Thank you Zayn”

He smiled “My pleasure, as long as I’m the godfather” He winked at us.

“Definitely.” I laughed, “If Niall doesn’t threaten to kill me first”

Zayn turned and walked away.

I walked to Liam; he pulled me into his arms, kissing my mouth gently,

“Who told you baby”

“Niall and I were talking after you-you know passed out. I was scared you were going to die on me, so asked me if I loved you and I said yes,”

Liam nodded, “I’m glad he told you.”

“Oh, We should get this off” I said gesturing to his drenched bandage. “Lay down”

He lay down not breaking eye contact with me. I blushed.

I slowly pealed the gauss off, “Oh!” I gasped

“What Is it?” Liam asked

“You’re healing incredibly fast” I gasped

“I have a habit of doing that”: He laughed

“Me too” I smiled

I slowly wiped down the stitched up wound. Liam only flinched a few times. I covered it up in an anti-bacterial cream and re bandaged him.

“Let’s get you a shirt,” I mumbled starting to walk away

Liam got up and pulled me to him my back to his front. “I owe you,”

“You do,” I giggled turning around to face him.

“No, Scarlett I’m not kidding, I owe you, my life” He said looking into my eyes.

Harry’s Pov

I felt like I was Peeping Tom.

I sat around the fire watching Scarlett and Liam, I was intruding on an intimate moment.

She turned around in his arms, to face him.

Liam said something.

Scarlett reached a hand up to touch his face, Liam close his eyes and leaned into her.

He then took her palm into his hands and kissed it.

She smiled a light blush running over her silken cheeks.

And then he said something.

And she responded,

There would be no problem with them talking but the problem was what she said.

Her lips formed to the words.

“I love you.”
