I read the first 6 chapters so far and I think it's pretty good. The plot is similar to others from what I've seen so far but because of the great detail you have added it's actually really good. One of the only things that got me was in the first two chapters (I think) you used the two different POVs, which is okay, but you explained the same exact scene. It's really hard to read through those when you know what's going to happen. It's understandable to want the readers to know what Harry's thinking but there are other ways you can show that such as his thoughts after class.

The only grammatical error I found really was the way you used the word 'sat'. I'm guessing you are from the U.K. or somewhere else in the world besides America because instead of saying, "I was sitting in the chair", you say, "I was sat in the chair". Honestly, I wouldn't change that though because it's really cute for me to read! I don't know if that makes sense, it's just something I find interesting (I guess it's culturally different).

Besides that I think it's great! Sorry I didn't get to read the whole thing but the beginning is very good!
