Author's Note

Okay, I am beginning to post a few reviews right now but I'd like to take a moment and rant. Everyone has times they need to rant and mine is right now. So, here goes.

When I write a review it is constructive and nothing more. I know I have this in my summary and I hope everyone reads it because the summary is always important no matter what you are reading. I'm not into supernatural stories but when I review them, I read it thoroughly and I put my bias beliefs aside. If you have good structure, grammar, and spelling I'll praise you. If it's realistic (as it can be for a supernatural story) I'll praise you. And if your detail, depth, and character descriptions are spot on, guess what, I'll praise you! I don't like reviews to be biased because it isn't fair.

So that's my first little rant. Second, no, I'm not going to like (personally) every single story I review. Most of them I do and they're very original! Just because it may not be my favorite story doesn't mean I'm not going to be unfair. Just to have the courage to post your work on a website for the world to see is pretty damn amazing. We are all on here to share our stories because we love to write and we want to become better! I know I have my days where I utterly hate my writing and I feel discouraged but I keep going because I love to do it. This leads me to my huge rant.

If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all. I've had numerous people messaging me asking if I hate their story because people have told them their story sucks. That hurts so much knowing someone has to go through that! If they ask for a review and you're harsh, they asked. But if you are just a reader, don't be so cruel, they are trying their best and it's their imagination.

So, I'm done with that and I hope everyone can just be nice to one another because Directioners should unite <3

I love you all and I really hope no one thinks I hate their stories personally! I do reviews because I want to help! Not discourage!
