Our baby.

Madi sat contently on the bed of their large hotel room, eating a bowl of instant ramen noodles. As she flicked through the channels, her eyes lit up when she turned on the news station. They were covering a story about 5 Seconds of Summer and One Direction playing in that city. She set the remote on the nightstand and leaned back into the bed, finishing up her noodles.

"Madi..?" Alex whispered, brushing a few hairs out of the girls face. She had fallen asleep, and now it was almost time for them to head out to the venue. "Hmm.." She groaned, and turned over, cuddling into the bed, "Come on, lovey.. You have to get up.. I'll go get Ashton.." He teased, a tiny smile on his face. Madi shook her head and still didn't move from her position. Alex sighed and walked out of the bedroom, "Ashton," He said, entering the living room area, "She won't get up. And I warned her." Ashton nodded and sighed, standing up, "Can you pick her out clothes? She can wear what she's wearing now. I'll carry her. Grab her makeup and hair stuff from the bathroom, too." Alex nodded and set off to get Madi's stuff together. Ashton walked into the bedroom and sat on the side of his bed, his hand gently resting on Madi's back, "Madi..You have to get up..You don't have to get ready yet..Just, sit up." Madi pouted and sat up, keeping her eyes clothes, "Fine.." She murmured, rubbing her eyes. Ashton nodded and held his arms out to pick her up, "Come on. The car's waiting." Madi scooted closer to him, as Ashton stood up and picked her up, resting her on his hip. Madi had gained a little bit of her weight back, as Ashton made sure she ate every meal. He was overprotective, and wanted her to be okay. She was still under weight, and she was still short for fourteen.

Madi slept the whole car ride to the venue, sitting in Alex's lap, all cuddled into him. Something was up, but neither Ashton, nor Alex knew what was wrong. She'd been too tired to do anything lately, and she ate everything. They had their ideas, but they were afraid to ask.

When they reached the place, Ashton got out and took Madi from Alex, letting her cuddle into him as needed. They walked inside and made their way toward the dressing room, so Madi could get ready. Once in the room, Ashton laid Madi on the couch, "Sweetie, you have to get ready now," Alec cooed, sitting next to her. Madi sat up and nodded, leaning into Alex, "What clothes did you bring?" She murmured, playing with a string on the end of her- well, Alex's- t-shirt. Alex grabbed the bag from the side table and pulled out a floral, vintage looking dress, "This." He set the dress in his lap, then pulled out a pair of high-waisted shorts, a white tank top, and a black cardigan, "Or this." Madi pointed toward the dress, "Shoes?" Alex pulled out a pair of white flip-flops, "These." Madi nodded and yawned, "Bra? Underwear?" Alex nodded and pulled out a black bra, followed by a black thong. Madi rolled her eyes and stood up, "Shoo." She mumbled, waving Ashton, Calum, Luke and Michael out of the room. They all rolled their eyes and grunted, before walking out of the room. Madi shut the door and quickly changed, before opening the door back up, letting the boys back in. "Woah.." Luke mumbled, noticing how much cleavage the dress showed. Madi pulled up the top of the dress, "I didn't pick this." She pointed toward the black cardigan, "Gimme." Alex tossed her the cardigan with a smirk. Madi slipped on the sweater, it helping take away some of the attention from her chest, "There." She nodded and slipped the flip-flops on, before taking the makeup bag and getting ready in the mirror. She put on light makeup, and put her hair up in a messy topknot. She smiled and sat by Alex, staring at a TV screen, until it was time for them to go out on stage.
