New again

Caitlin's POV

I was walking to Liam's house. But I bumped into a girl.
I realized it was Hanna and I wanted to walk away but she stopped me.
"Caitlin, please talk to me" she said. She sounded kinda desperate so I decided to stop.
"What Hanna?" I said.
"Harry broke up with me" she said.
"Okay." And I wanted to walk away.
but she stopped me again with saying these words:
"I think I love him, Caitlin"


Liam's POV

I was waiting for Caitlin for almost an hour and I was getting kinda worried.
Suddenly the doorbell rang,
I walked to the door and opened it.
It was Caitlin and she looked kinda worried.
"What's wrong, Cait?" I asked.
"Later, can I come inside please?"
"Okay come in" I said.
I led her inside and decided to make a cup of tea for her.
but first I told her to sit down and to tell what was going on.
"I bumped into Hanna today." She simply said.
"what? Did she hurt you?"
"No, not at all, that was why i'm late I went to her house to talk to her." She said.
"what did she say?" I said.
"She said that she loved Harry and that she wants him back" she said.
"What? I can't believe that she actually has some feelings" I said.
"yeah, I thought so too, but she only acts so bitchy because she wants to be perfect. She hasn't always lived here right?" She asked.
"no" I said.
"well, she was very fat until her parents decided to move to Holmes Chapel, and she decided that she wanted to change. So she lost weight."
"Oh." I said.
I never knew that about her, I always thought that she was born a bitch.

I got her the tea that I prepared for her.
"wow" she said."can You make more than tea?" She said sarcasticly.
"yeah sure I do! you want proof, don't you?" I said.
so we decided to go to the supermarket and bought everything we needed to make cupcakes.
we went to my house and now we were busy with making the cupcakes.
she suddenly threw some flower on my face and I pretended that I was really mad.
" why did you do that?!" I yelled and I threw some flower one her face.
we had some kinda foodfight and it lasted for five minutes.
we stopped for a second and looked at eachother and bursted into laughing.
"my mom is gonna be so mad at me for this."
The kitchen was a total mess. And to make it worse my mom came home.
"Hi honey, I'm home!" She said.
Caitlin looked at me and I could tell she was a little bit worried but she also had a twinkling in her eyes that basically said: you're gonna get so busted for this.
"What happened in here?" My mom almost yelled.
"We decided to make some cupcakes but it went kinda bad." I said.
"yeah, I can see. But who is this?" She suddenly had a very warm smile.
"This is Caitlin" I said.
"Is this your new girlfriend? She can eat here if she wants to?"
I wanted to say something but Caitlin cut me off.
"no, i'm not his girlfriend, I am only a close friend. but I like to eat here, thanks for the invitation."
And with that I could say already that Caitlin and my mom were gonna be close friends.
