The new start
Chapter fourteen, "The bed section"
The store was even more huge inside then it looked from the outside. Everything you needed for a room was there. Mum must go insane in there, I thought. The look of her proved it too. It was like all she could see was the furniture.
"So how do we do this?" I asked and didn´t expect an answer but mum gave me one so fast I barely couldn´t hear it.
"You take want you need and put it in a shopping cart and I do the same thing. Then we meet here at five pm." She said and ran away before I even had answered. So that was all mum and daughter time I got but I was happy anyway because I wanted my room to be perfect. Then I started making up a plan. First I was going and look for a bed. I went and got a cart before I went to the bed section. It was like I was standing in heaven when I saw all the beds. It was so many. While I was walking there and looking at all of them I saw a boy coming straight towards me. It was Louis. I just wanted to fall through the floor, he must be so mad at me!
"Hi Amy, how did it go last night?" He asked, didn´t he know? Of course he did! He must be messing with me or something.
"Louis! Hello." I said and tried to play with but I just wanted to go down on the floor and beg for his forgivness.
"You didn´t answer my question." He said and had a mysterious look. I didn´t know if it was a mad look or just his normal one. This was insane I had to tell him how it was.
"Look I know you probably hate me for rejecting Niall but I didn´t mean to hurt him. I mean it just came all of a sudden. I just... I had my reasons, okey? Can we still be friends, please?" I said and held my breath until he started to speak again.
"Okey, I have no idea what you are talking about?" Louis looked confused, he didn´t play before. Why would he? He was nice. Amy you´re so stupid.
"Sit down and I´ll tell you." I said and pointed out the bed in front of us. We sat down and I started telling him all about yesterday.
"He asked me out when we got to my place and I said no because... no I can´t tell you. Just believe me when I say it´s not because I wanted to hurt him or something like that." I looked at Louis and tried hard to give him my puppy eyes. But I sucked at giving puppy eyes, I almost sucked as much at giving puppy eyes ad I was good at giving people "the look."
"First of all stop giving me those eyes. It looks like you are about to die. Second of all I forgive you if you tell me why you rejected Niall." He was challenging me.
"Okey but you can´t tell anyone." I said, of course I wasn´t going to tell him that I was a murderer if that´s what you think. I was going to tell him about Harry.
"I think I like Harry. Don´t judge me, I know I´ve only spoken to him for like two minutes but still." I saw how the whole look on Louis´s face changed. It was like he wanted to look happy but it looked more like he had been punched in his face.
"Louis are you okey?" I asked and got worried. Did I say something wrong?
"Yeah I´m fine. It´s nothing. Hope that works out for you! Gotta go." He said and I just stood there like an idiot and looked after him. What had just happend? This was just too much. But I couldn´t think about his act for so long because then I saw my dream bed. It was a big one with white headboards. Just like I imagined it. I needed it. That´s when I saw it, a girl was standing in front of it and it was not just any girl. It was Summer.
