I think I'm in love with Harry. Well, actually, I was in love with him when Jordan started showing me videos at her house of him. So I have Jordan to thank for my wonderful life- and my parents too I guess. And God.
Hazza and I were watching Footloose on the couch in his apartment when he suddenly turned to look at me.
"Lauren," he began. "Do you think that maybe you could,um, well, I kind of have to bring a date to this thing, and since we're kind of dating, I was wondering if you wanted to go with me. If we're dating. Are we dating?"
"Of course, Harry," I laughed. "And we are dating. If you want us to be."
"I do." He said. Is it possible to love someone more than with your whole heart? Because Haz is taking about three hearts.
"So will you go to the Catching Fire premiere with me?" His eyes looked so much like puppy eyes that even if I wanted to, I couldn't say no.
"I would be honored to be your date! And I've been waiting for that movie to come out! Jordan and I love The Hunger Games. Isn't it in Hollywood though? Or do you have a British premiere?"
"We have a British premiere. Thankfully. I couldn't fly to Hollywood everyday. I would get jet leg." He joked.
"Haha. Okay," I said.
"So, um, do you really wanna keep watching this? I've seen it like a million times..." He trailed off.
"Nah. I'm good. Whaddya wanna do?" I asked even though I was pretty sure I already knew the answer. (No, not that you perv!)
I knew what was coming so I looked down at my phone, and when I looked up, Harry's lips were suddenly on mine. I decided, of course, to return the kiss. We kissed for a little while, and I really enjoyed it. I wouldn't call it making out, just a long kiss. I looked up and smiled at Harry, and he put his arm around me.
"Was that your first kiss?" Harry asked.
"No. But it was the best one!" I said playfully.
"Let's play Truth. You go first. Who was your first kiss? Tell me everything." Harry said.
"Okay, um, his name was Lucas Lafayette. We were in fifth grade..." I began.
"What?! No way! There is no way you had your first kiss before me!" Harry seemed really surprised.
"Really? Jordan had hers before me." I said nonchalantly.
"How old was she?" He asked quizzingly.
"Like five," I said.
"What? Where they related?" He asked.
"No. He was her mom's best friend's son. They were in her basement with their moms, and she says her mom said they had kissed. She even remembers his name. Chase Spencer." I said.
"Wow. I would never kiss a girl in front of our moms unless we were married or getting married." Harry was wowed.
"Yeah, well, she was little, so," I finished.
"Yeah. Now let's get back to yours. " Harry nodded.
"Okay. Um, so, Lucas Lafayette, fifth grade, recess, yeah. He was really cute." I smiled at the memory. Harry looked hurt.
"Not as cute as you, though!" I added and hugged him. "I was just kidding you know!"
"Okay, good. I was getting a little worried." Harry hugged me back and gave me a quick kiss.
If time could stop, I would be fine with spending eternity in this single moment.
"Your turn!" I said.
"Okay. Rachel Bamrey. We were twelve years old. It was by a creek near my house against a tree." Harry recited.
"Now it's my turn to be hurt," I did my best puppy dog face to get a kiss from Harry. And as always, it worked. Jordan taught me so well! She's the youngest and is really good at being sad, so if course she gets everything she wants(in due time).
"Tell me about your family and all that," Harry said.
"Okay, I'm the oldest of two. My brother's name is Nick. He is fourteen. I live with both of my parents who are still married, and we have a dog named Fito." I summed.
"Cool. I assume you know a lot about my family since you were in the front row!" Harry smiled.
"Yeah. Pretty much everything, I think. "
Just then, my phone started ringing.
I knew you were trouble when you walked in. So shame on me now-ow flew me to places I've never been never been...
"Jordan!" I said. I hurried and unlocked my phone. "Hello?"
"Lauren? This is Niall. I think Jordan needs to go back to the hospital." Niall said.
"What?!"
