Ok, so, I'll try to be constructive here, you have some potential, but you need to work on some stuff. Descriptions is a big one - basically put more words in there. Don't make them long and purple, but just use words. Dialogue... it's very unrealistic, honestly. People don't jump from one thing to another that fast, and umm it's just normal to go around announcing your sexuality to people like that, even if they were your childhood friends/crushes. I think you can really benefit from a beta. Also, just so I know I'm not being too hard on you, can I ask how old you are (or more so: how old you were when you wrote this?)
