Liam's POV

My intentions were to go to Zayn and Perrie's and talk to her. Simply have a conversation. That's it. It didn't turn out that way.

She was distant. I could tell she didn't want me to be there but she let me in. I wasn't expecting that. I was expecting the door to be slammed in my face. She looked like she saw a ghost. That really hurt. Every day since she slapped me at her place I've just wanted to hold her, kiss her, tell her what she meant to me. But I couldn't. The words wouldn't come out. I typed the text out a million times while I was in LA with Sophia but I couldn't bring myself to send the message.

I had dreams of her, of us together. Amazing dreams. Dreams that felt so real it was like she was there and I could just hold her. Tell her what she meant to me. But I knew it was just a dream. She wasn't there and she probably wouldn't ever be there again.

As I sat next to her on the couch she was so tense. Her breathing was off. It was almost like she was scared of me. I touched her face and she jumped almost right off the couch. I knew I shouldn't but i had to. I had to kiss her.

She didn't stop me. I think it surprised her more than anything. But it didn't last long. She pushed me away quickly "No. Im not doing this."

"Why? I'm single now. I swear."

"Yeah you said that the last time and we all know how that turned out." She pointed to her eyepatch and I almost fell over laughing. That's so horrible of me but she laughed too. It was a great feeling. Making her laugh.

"I'm serious Liam. I'm done." She stood up. "You should go."

I stood up and got very close "Look at me right now Brittyn. Look in my eyes and tell me you still don't feel it. Our chemistry. Our connection. Its electric."

"Well I've only got one good eye so my judgement is a little off." She joked. Im glad she thought this was funny. I was being serious and she's got jokes.

So I kissed her again. This time more passionately. She tried to push me away but I had a hold of her.

Suddenly I felt something grab my shirt and turn me around quickly. I spun and was face to face with Niall.

Brittyn gasped, "Niall! Oh my god! That really wasn't what it looked like."

Niall shook his head, "It was exactly what it looked like Britt. Im so sick of this. All this crap. I've been there since day one! I've kept a lot of things bottled up inside but not anymore. Why do you keep doing this to yourself? He's just gonna hurt you again!"

I glared at him "No! I'm not! Look I get it I screwed up the first time but it's different now. Im not putting her through that again. And honestly its none of your business Niall because she's not your girlfriend."

Niall yelled, "All you did was break her heart Liam! Got her hopes up and destroyed her heart. I was there to pick up the pieces. I was there when she got out of surgery. I was there when she got her stuff from Eleanor's. Where were you huh? With Sophia! With the person who hurt her. You're only here now because Sophia isn't! But I've been here! The whole time!"

I didn't know what to do. I was furious. So I tackled him.

Brittyn screamed, "NO! STOP IT RIGHT NOW!"

Niall and I wrestled around a bit as Brittyn attempted to break it up. Finally she got us apart. We were both bleeding from different places.

I have had it. "Brittyn, pick right now. Me or Niall. If it's him then I'll go. I'll leave you alone. I know you don't trust me but we can work on it. I promise you this time around it'll be different. I need you."

Brittyn looked at us for a second "Liam I want you to leave right now. Go!"

"So you choose him?!?" I asked in disbelief.

She nodded, "Yes. You should leave."

So I left. This wasn't over though. Trust me, I'll have her back.
