Chapter 22: Surprise Visitor
"Liam. What are you doing here?" I almost fainted.
"I've been racking my brain the last few weeks trying to find the right words and I finally decided there aren't any right words for this. I just have to speak from my heart."
I let him in. Why did I let him in? I really need to get my head checked. My brain obviously isn't working.
"What do you wanna talk about?" I asked knowing the answer.
He sat next to me. Too close for my liking. I scooted away.
"Im really sorry Britt. I never meant for any of this to happen."
I shrugged, "Well it did. So yeah, uhm, yeah I don't know." Really? I've been waiting for this apology and that's my response. Stupid Brittyn real stupid.
"That's a pretty sweet eyepatch." He smiled. His smile could easily make me melt on the spot.
"I heard you broke up with ol whats her name." I changed the subject.
"yeah. She wasn't very happy about that." He looked down.
"I bet she wasn't. 2 years later and you cheat on her. I'd be mad too."
"I miss you Britt. I miss us." He scooted closer.
"Well you shouldn't have lied to me." I scooted away. I was practically on the floor . Now would be the perfect time for Niall to walk in a save me. Where was he?
"I know im really sorry. I never meant to hurt anyone. " he seemed genuine.
Then he kissed me. I didn't move away. What was I doing?!?
