Rachel's P.O.V.

I felt much better after talking things through with Madi.

When I got back to my place, Brad still wasn't home.

He wasn't home when I woke up the next morning either.

Not that I was complaining.

He was most likely drunk at one of his friends houses.

I had a shower and got dressed in this.

My head was still quiet sore, especially at the back where it had been cut.

As I was eating breakfast I got a text from Allie.

From: AllieBear

Hey Rach. You wanna come hang out with me and Madi today? (: xx

It's be great to hang out with them but there was only one person I wanted to talk to right now.

Although I felt good that I had talked things through with Madi, I still felt empty.

I felt sick in my stomach knowing that Niall was mad at me.

Niall just didn't get mad at me.

I needed to talk to him.

Badly.

I pulled my phone out and dialled his number.

C'mon Niall, answer.

It rang a couple of times before going into his voicemail.

I sighed in frustration.

Well if he wasn't gonna answer my calls, I was going to have to see him in person.

I grabbed my keys off of the counter and headed outside to my car.

I drove to Nialls, slowly.

I was surprised when I managed to get to the house without any problems.

I was terrible for getting lost when I was driving alone.

My stomach filled with butterflies as I parked outside the house.

What if Niall didn't want to talk to me?

What if he told me to leave?

Me and Niall didn't fight so I wasn't sure how I was supposed to handle it.

I felt sick as I got out of the car and made my to the door.

I really wouldn't be to handle Niall shouting at me again, or telling me to leave.

I knocked the door quietly.

There was a bit of rustling around inside and footsteps coming down the hallway and the sound of the door unlocking.

Liam opened the door looking like he had only woken up.

"Hey Rach, your here early" he mumbled, stepping back to let me in.

I walked in slowly.

"Is Niall up?" I asked.

He shook his head.

"I don't think so, i'm pretty sure I'm the only one up" he replied, as we made our way to the kitchen.

"You want tea or coffee?" he asked as I sat down at the table.

"Tea please" I replied, nibbling on my nail on my thumb.

"You okay? You seem nervous" Liam pointed out as he filled the kettle.

"I'm fine" I mumbled back, giving him a small smile.

He shrugged.

I heard footsteps coming down the stairs and my heart started racing.

The footsteps grew closer to the kitchen.

And then Zayn walked in.

I couldn't decide if I was more disappointed or relieved.

"Rachel?" he looked confused.

"Morning Zayn" I smiled a little as he came to sit next to me.

"How are you?" he whispered leaning in close so Liam couldn't hear.

"I'm fine" I replied.

"Has Brad....you know.." he asked, not sure how to phrase it.

I shook my head.

"Good, are you here to talk to Niall?"

I nodded.

"He seems pretty upset. He wouldn't really talk to any of us yesterday. He just sat in his room playing his guitar" he told me.

Before I had a chance to reply, Liam had brought me my tea.

"Thanks Liam" I smiled.

"Do you not wanna go up and wake Niall?" he asked as he sat down, a cup of coffee in his hand.

I shook my head.

"Nah, I'll let him sleep" I told him, taking a sip.

"That's probably a good idea. He was in a weird mood yesterday" he agreed.

I didn't answer.

Before long Harry was downstairs and was making an omelette.

Louis came down a few minutes later.

Then almost half an hour later I heard footsteps coming downstairs.

I made my way to the hall and sure enough Niall was walking down the stairs.

"Rachel?" he mumbled when he got to the bottom.

He was in just a pair of pyjama bottoms and his was all ruffled.

I didn't even say anything.

I just pulled him into a bone-crushing hug.
