“You have to tell him.” Taylor was plugging in the third hamburger and looked up at me.
“You`re kidding, right?”, she asked.
“Do I look like I do?”, I asked her back. Taylor raised her eyebrows and studied my face.
“No, not really.” I sighed deeply.
“Taylor in at least 9 months he will know any ways”, I said urgently.
“Oh no. This website says she will be showing a baby belly after 4 months already, so she doesn`t even has that much time”, Simon said while checking one pregnancy website after another.
We drove to McDonalds after we all had dealt with the first big shock. Taylor was hungry and I couldn`t believe that she was eating all this oily and greasy food.
“We are not even officially yet! Damn it, neither mine or his parents know about us! We just had sex!”, she said panicky.
“I know, but you both know that there`s more than just sex between you two and he is the father of your baby”, I said.
“Clary, you don`t get it. My Mum will kick me out of our flat, when she`ll know! She always said she doesn`t want the same life for me that she had and Connor? He`s living in this huge house with his perfect parents. They`ll neither accept me or the baby to ruin his perfect planned life!”, she said and I could see tears in her eyes.
“Hey”, I tried to calm her down and hugged her faintly.
“I don`t know what to do. I`m only 18. I should have the best time of my life, but now I`ll have a little baby to take care of”, she said. Simon grabbed her hands over the table.
“We`re here for you, Taylor. So you are not alone in this! We`ll make sure, you`ll have the best time in your life anyways”, he said. I nodded in approval.
“And there are other options you should think of”, I said. She starred at me.
“What would you do?”, she asked. That was a good question. To be honest I was really relieved that I weren`t in her situation.
“Honestly, I don`t know”, I said and realized that this was the truth, “I wouldn`t know as well, but I can tell you that whatever I would decide, I would do it together with Harry.” She rested her head on my shoulder.
“So, I have to tell Connor?”, she asked quietly.
“I think there`s no other way”, I answered and we all knew that I was right.
