I couldn`t say something. All I did was staying there and hugging her, while she started to sob.

“You sure? It could be an infection?”, I finally whispered. She stopped the sobbing and looked at me with a guilt face.

“The weekend over in Manchester...I think we were both way to distracted by the new lingerie to make sure....” I sighed.

“You didn`t protect? Taylor, there is this amazing invention called the pill”, I said unbelievably.

“We normally always do, so I never needed the pill!”, she whined.

Well, that didn`t helped I thought, but I didn`t said it out aloud. She was hurting enough at the moment. I sighed again and tried to fix the mess in my head to think about this clearly.

“Are your sure? I mean have you figured it out for sure?”, I asked and I could see her sum up the days in her head again.

“I`m over for nearly two weeks”, she said unhappy and started to bite her under lip.

“Well at least it would explain the french fries at 10o`clock in the morning”, I mumbled. Taylor made a pained noise.

“I even hate nuts!” I hugged her again.

“We have to make sure”, I said and she nodded a little bit.

“I`m scared, Clary”, she said and I could understand her.

Or probably I couldn`t since this whole thing was way too big for my imagination. But I could see her and see the panic that was hiding under her skin and masquerade. Oh, oh. Were was this going?

“I know, but we get through this together, okay?” She nodded.

“Thank you for saying that”, she replied.

“Always.”

(SOME TIME LATER)

We decided to go to Simons` house since his grandma was a at a tea time senior dance party, so no one would disturb us.

Buying a pregnancy test had been one of the most embarrassing things I ever had to do in my life. We couldn`t get Taylor in the cosmetics store, so Simon and me had to grab some.

“Let`s ask the shop assistant, which one`s the best”, Simon figured.

“Damn it, Simon! They all work the same way, just grab some and let us go”, I said frustrated. He grabbed three and we went to the cashpoint.

The older lady was starring at me and tried to figure out how old I am since I clearly looked like a kid myself. Then she glared over to Simon and as he saw her view he said: “I`m gay, so don`t judge me.”

I had to laugh really hard since this whole situation was so stupid and nervwracking. We paid and left the store.

The drive to Simons` house was quiet silent since the uncertainty pressed on us. Taylor went straight to the bathroom and locked the door behind her.

Simon and me were standing in front of it and were ready to wait, before the door opened again and Taylor stood back in the frame, holding the first test in her hands.

“What`s wrong?”, I asked her.

“I don`t know what must happen to tell me I´m not”, she answered.

“Just take a look at the instructions”, Simon suggested.

“I know, but...I can`t”, she said.

I grabbed the small white paper and started to read out loud: “If the test shows one stripe on the display you are not pregnant, if they are two you are pregnant.” Taylor sighed deeply.

“So we only need one stripe”, she said like a prayer for herself.

“Just make all three at the same time then we are 100% sure”, Simon said and with that she closed the door again.

We waited and waited and again the minutes felt like hours. I crossed my fingers and prayed for one stripe as well.

Suddenly the door opened and Taylor handled Simon the three sticks: “I can`t look at the result”, she said and I grabbed her sweaty, shaking hands.

We waited for any face reaction of Simons`, but he didn`t forgave no expression.

“They all have the same result”, he said suddenly and I heard Taylor take a deep breath.

“They are all positive, everyone has to stripes”, Simon said and all I could think was:

Fuck.

Heyho. I got inspired by the X-Factor video diaries tonight! Haha, they were so cute and funny. Sometimes I kind of miss this funny attitude lately. :/
