I squinted my eyes as they adjusted to the light. I noticed I was still holding Liam's hands so I let go and moved away from him. I lay on my back staring at the ceiling.

"Morning" Liam whispered.

I turned to face him leaning my head on both hands "Morning" I smiled at him.

"What do you want to do today?" he asked looking at me.

"I'm not in the mood for anything" I frowned.

He wrapped his arms around my waist pulling me close to him.

"Err Liam?" I asked confused.

He pushed me partly away from him so he could look at my face.

"I know we're friends Kate, there's nothing wrong with hugging right?" he smiled.

"I don't want to hurt you Liam, it would kill me if I did" I frowned.

"You won't, you've made it clear to me I know you're not leading me on".

"That's what I said about Harry" I said shaking my head.

He sighed "I would rather be friends than nothing".

"I just I can't be with anyone right now, after Harry, I don't know I'm just so hurt mentally and it's hard to get back from" I explained.

"You don't have to explain yourself to me Kate, I know how much you like him. I won't get in the way of that".

I hated how much I was hurting him, he meant so much to me. He is the sweetest guy I have ever got to know, and if I would have met him before Harry things may have been different.
I pulled him close to me closing my eyes "I wouldn't mind staying like this for the rest of the day" I laughed.

"Me too" he smiled.

I heard my phone ringing so I leant over the side of the bed and picked it up.

"Hello?" I answered.

"Hey Morris" Louis said cheerfully. "What ya doing?"

"Nothing much, thinking Liam and I might get a film to watch".

"Oh you're with Liam, tell him to answer his texts please?" he asked
.
"Yeah I will".

"So what are you love birds doing?"

"We're not..."

"What hey" he shouted before hanging up.

"What was that about?" Liam asked.

"I honestly have no idea" I shrugged.

He got up off my bed and went to the bathroom I saw that he was only in his boxers and started to laugh.

"What's funny?" he came back smiling.

"What are people going to say when you go out like that?"

"I haven't really planned that far ahead" he laughed.

I got up off the bed and searched through my wardrobe for any clothes that is suitable enough for Liam. I found a hoodie he could wear but it was pink... I then decided to go to Zachs room to look at some of his clothes, I found a pair of tracksuit bottoms and a white top. I handed them over to Liam.

"Are these yours?" he raised an eyebrow.

"No" I laughed. "They're my brothers".

"Are you sure he won't mind?" he asked.

"No it's fine" I smiled, knowing Zach will never know, unless he decides to come back...

Liam looked through my DVD's and pulled out Bridesmaids.

"Want to watch this?" he smiled willingly.

"Yeah sure" I nodded before putting it in my DVD player.

We both got back on to the bed and lay comfortable watching the film. Liam couldn't fix the hole in my chest but when I'm with him it doesn't hurt so much.

"I should go" he looked over at the clock 7pm.

"Yeah shit it's pretty late" I laughed.

"You going to be okay on your own?" he asked worried.

"Yeah I will be fine, don't worry" I gave him my best smile.

"If you need me please call me" he demanded.

"Yeah yeah now go" I gestured him to leave.

"I'm going" he smiled before kissing my cheek. "See you tomorrow".

"Bye" I waved before shutting the door.

I looked at my phone 0 messages, in some way I sort of hoped Harry would text me, I don't know why.
