My Love Apocalypse
Chapter 5
Madi P.O.V
I got out of the fort and went to the boy's fort. We all looked terrified. I asked where Niall was. He came out of the fort as soon as I said that. I was relieved. Niall smiled at me and then his smile dropped probably because he saw the zombies.
We all cocked our guns. Then Alyssa fired first. She got the zombie right in the head. "Nice shot!" Zayn complimented Alyssa. Alyssa blushed and thanked him.
Out of nowhere about 15 more zombies showed up. Everybody started firing. We got all of the zombies and then we all took a walk around in the woods and we split into groups. I was with Niall, Alyssa was with Zayn and Liam, Harry and Louis were in a group.
To find our way back we put stones where ever we were walking. Niall and I were pretty far ahead. We didn't know about the rest, but it felt nice to be with him alone, just us no on one else.
All of the sudden our fingertips touched, I felt this feeling that I have never felt before. It felt amazing.
We stopped to take a break under a apple tree. It was incredible because all of the other trees were dead, but this one, this one was alive and beautiful. It felt as if this tree was meant to be here for us. "So, how beautiful is this apple tree?" I asked him.
"Beautiful, but not as beautiful as you." He replied with a smile. I blushed, like always.
Our eyes locked with each others. It felt like the whole world was set on pause.
He leaned in the first thing I thought was that he was going to kiss me. I closed my eyes and our lips touched. It felt like heaven.
We kissed for about 30 seconds and then it stopped. It all stopped I wanted to kiss again, but we had to leave.
We got back to the land and sat in the chairs. Everyone was here except, wait where is Alyssa and Zayn.
