My Love Apocalypse
Chapter 4
Madi P.O.V
Liam came over and asked us "Hey, what are your guy's names?"
"My name is Madi and that's Alyssa." I replied.
"How old are you guys?" Louis asked.
Alyssa answered before I could "I'm 19 and Madi is 18." Then Niall smiled at me like he wanted me to be 18. We continued talking for awhile until I saw their big fort.
"You guys did a nice job building that." I said pointing to the fort. They thanked us and we began to talk more.
It was late at night and everybody went to bed. I said to Alyssa "We need some blankets and stuff like that."
"I'll go ask the boys to see if they have anything we could borrow." Alyssa announced. Alyssa came back with many blankets and some tarp.
We placed the tarp over the top of the fort and stuffed the blankets inside for us to use.
~The Next Morning~
Alyssa's P.O.V.
I woke up to the noise of a dog barking. I slowly rubbed my eyes open and shook Madi. "Madi, do you hear that?"
She sat up and opened her eyes. She nodded and laid back down, probably to sleep again. I was more of a morning person than Madi was.
I left the fort and looked around. My eyes landed on a little Chihuahua standing close by, shivering. She was probably cold from the rain that had poured last night.
"Come here girl." I said happily. The dog looked confused at first but quickly ran over to rub her head against my legs.
I picked her up carefully and went back into the fort. I took a smaller blanket and placed the dog in it. She didn't have a collar on so I decided to name her.
"I'll name you ChiChi." I whispered. ChiChi fell asleep, probably tired from barking.
I got out of the fort and started to walk near the boys fort. There was a couple chairs set outside of it and 2 people were sitting in them. It was Harry and..Zayn!
I walked next to them and said shyly "Good morning boys."
They smiled and waved. Harry invited me to sit in one of the chairs and I accepted. We started to talk about our personalities. Actually, I found out that me and Zayn have a lot of things in common.
I started to chatter about ChiChi and how I found her. The lads seemed pretty interested in my stories.
Just as I was about to begin talking, I heard some grunting and moaning. I whipped my head back and saw zombies coming towards us. If they were coming towards the boys, it means the must've passes b Madi and ChiChi already. What if something happened to Madi?!
"Guys watch out!" I yelled. Harry ran into the fort to wake the boys and find some weapons. Zayn ran back to Madi and I's fort to check on them and grab some guns.
Luckily, Madi was still sleeping. But ChiChi looked terrified, so I woke up Madi roughly.
"What do you want now?" She mumbled.
She needed to start acting serious. "Wake up! The zombies are near!" I shouted.
This made Madi shoot right up and grab a gun. I offered Zayn a pistol and I took one myself. We headed out and I put a bunch of sticks up in the doorway so nothing would happen to poor little ChiChi.
