Amanda's POV:
When we finally reached Riley's apartment, I looked around before entering the building. She was right. I had never noticed before but this wasnt near a very good part of town. No wonder she had a gun, pepper spray, and who knows what else. I had to find a place of my own soon, and possible one for Riley too.
We entered the building, and there were cops standing everywhere. This didnt bother me. What did bother me was when I saw the babysitter Carla standing in the lobby. She ha tears streaming down her face and was talking to 2 officers.
I rushed over to her and practically yelled,"CARLA! Where's Macey!" "Mam." Said te officer, but Carla cut him off saying," shes the mother." My eatt pounded. The officer turned to me and said,"you daughter was reported missing."
My knees felt weak, and Riley was soon by my side helping me stand. "Amanda. It's going to be ok." She told me. I weakly nodded, and someone brought over a chair. Riley helped me into it, the turned to the officers.
"I have a good idea where she might be." She said. I looked up at er confused. "Louis's." she said. I gasped. That made perfect sense. But would Louis ever do such a thing. Riley gave more details, before we were roughy out to cars, and sped off towards Louis's house.
Louis's POV:
"WHAT DID YOU DO!" I yelled the second I walked in the door. There on the couch in Liam's lap was Macey. "She can't just take a away your daughter!" Protested Zayn. "You kidnapped a baby! Thats illegal! Im going to jail! We all are! There's no way I will get custody now!" I yelled.
Zayn looked at the floor. "I have to get her back. Did Amanda notice?" I asked. He shook his head and said," there was a sitter. I waited until she went to the bathroom." "Maybe I can get her back before Amanda gets back." I said, scooping up Macey.
I missed her so much, and hated taking her back. Suddenly i heard sirens from not too far away. We all looked at one another. "You don't think." Said Niall, and Harry peeked out the windows. "Like 6 cop cars and 2 ambulances pulled up!" He exclaimed in a panic.
My heart pounded. "We can't let them know Shes here!" Hissed Niall. Before any of us could move, the door was kicked from the hinges, and police streamed in. They pointed their guns, and the others hands shot up. Except me. I was holding Macey.
The head one shoved his gun into his holds yet, and approached me. "You the father?" He asked. I nodded, unable to speak. "Seems you're in a heap of trouble." He said. He then talked into his radio saying,"send in the mother."
Amanda raced in, her face tear stained, and struck with worry. The police officer pulled Macey from me, and passed her to Amanda. Amanda clutched her tightly. The police officers lowered their guns seeing we werent armed.
"You want to press charges?" Asked the officer. Amanda looked up at me with Danes and hatred. Riley suddenly ran in. "You idiot jerk!" She yelled at me, and AMAND blocked her from attacking me. "You're pressing charges right?" Asked Riley.
Amanda stared at me. She then approached me slowly. "I won't as long as you call of the court date, and never come near or speak to me or my daughter ever again." She sayed. I froze. I would go to jail if she pressed charges. But I would never see them again otherwise.
