Louis's pOV:

I screamed. I couldn't belive what I ha just seen. Amanda had been struck by lightning right in front of me! It was all y fault. If I had ony gone inside with her.

She had crumpled to the ground. I rushed over, and knelt beside her. She was badly burned, but the rain had put out any fire. "Amanda!" I yelled, shaking her. She wouldn't stir. I listened for a hert beat. There was one, but it was weak and slow.

I got up, holding her, and rain through the park yelling for help. "Somebody help!" I screamed, sobbing as rain washed over the two of us. Finally a group of teenage girls about 17 spotted me. "Oh my gosh its Louis!" Exclaimed once. Crap. I can't deal with fans now.

They strted over, then suddenly spotted Amanda. He face burned, as she hung limply in my arms. They screamed and ran away. "Wait!" I called, but it was no use. I hurried back towards the court house. I had to get her to the hostpital.

Carefully laying her in the back seat, I dove into my car, an sped off. Weaving in between cars, and speeding, it was a miracle I wasnt pulled over. Finally we reached the hostpital.

I carried her inside yelling for help. Nurses immediatly rushed over, and she was taken from me and placed on a gurney. "What happened?" Asked a nurse. "Struck by lightning." I said between tears.

"Fill out this paperwork while we run tests." Said the nurse, shoving a clip board at me. I watched Amanda get wheeled down the hall and out of sight. I continued to cry. If only I hadn't run off. None of this would have happened.

I called the boys, and Riley. I figured they would all want to be here. Riley showed up first. I was nervous thinking she would attack me. To my shock even she was crying. I had no idea someone so tough would cry.

"Louis!" She said, rushing over. I stared at her tears through my own tears. To my complete shock, she wrapped her arms around me. I hugged her back. She didnt even seem to care I was soaking wet.

The boys arrived together. The rushed over, and hugged me. "I can't believe this!" Exclaimed Niall. Nethier could I. It was pretty rare to get struck by lightning. "Why as she outside anyway? Shes afraid of storms." Asked Riley.

I was silent. I didnt want to tell them about what I had said. Luckily the doctor came out and said, "Amanda Tomlinson?" All of us raised our hand, and he came over. "You can see her now." He said, pointing to the room.

We all pushed in. She layed motionless on the bed, bandages all over her face. Tears sprung out gain, and Zayn wrapped me in a hug. We stayed for hours, just sitting with her. I barely payed attention to the others. I didnt let go of her hand.

Suddenly there was a hand on my shoulder. "We're going to get supper. You want to come?" Asked Harry, looking sad. I shook my head. "Want us to bring you something?" Asked Zayn. I shook my head. I didnt want to eat. They didnt force it, just shuffled from the room.

I closed my eyes, and held Amanda's hand. "Amanda. If you can hear me squeeze my hand." I said through tears. There was no movement. "Amanda. Squeeze my hand." I repeated. To my suprise her grip tightened.

I cried harder. "Amanda. Please open your eyes." I begged. Amazingly her eyelids twitched. I watched her eyes slowly open while she winced in pain. "Louis." She croaked out, in barely a whisper.

Tears of joy and sadness poured down my face. "Amanda!" I cried out, kissing her hand. "Louis?" She asked. "Yes baby?" I asked. "Take care of Macey." She croaked out slowly. "What do you mean?" I asked.

"Take care of her. Tell her." She started. Her eyes shut. I squeezed her hand. "Amanda!" I practically yelled. Her eyes fluttered open again. "Tell her I love her." She said softly. "I will." I promised.

"Louis." She said again. "Yes?" I asked crying. "I love you." She said, and her eyes slid shut. "Amanda?" I cried out. But there was no reply. "Amanda!" I yelled. She didnt reply. She just lay motionless. I dropped my head down and sobbed.
