And they met at the end of August, and it's now November, so they've known each other for about three months (if that helps!) But yes, definitely in the honeymoon stage, things are about to get real for them!

I'm all caught up!

Things between Ellie and Harry are moving quite fast! Tattoos and "I love yous" already. Wow. They're in the honeymoon stages where everything is cute and physical but I don't quite feel they've completely made that emotional connection yet. They both seem to hold back on certain thoughts and feelings. I'm just afraid that once the honeymoon period is over they're won't be much substance left to their relationship. I haven't really kept up with how long they've been seeing each other. Harry is still very much a closed book and I think she knows it and feels threatened by it. I think she could still also be intimidated by his status and fame another factor that stirs about anxiety and insecurities. I don't mean to be so critical, I just deeply analyze things and notice red flags when I see them. I hope things work out for them in the end.

Thank you, and good insight! The prologue is a bit of a spoiler, but it's how she gets to that point that's interesting (and we'll find out what kind of job she's interviewing for, but that's much further down the road). Thanks for the comment! : )

I just caught up. Ellie and Harry are cute together but I foresee many problems. Ellie seems to want a normal relationship, one where she can hold hands in public and not have such far distance between them. She seems to want a committed relationship and Harry seems reluctant mostly because he knows he can't really give her that. While I know based upon the prologue she does just this, giving up her job and sense of stability to be with Harry does not sound like the wisest decision. I hope there's a beautiful experiences in this but also a lesson to be learned.

Yes, that is difficult! I'm watching game six between the Pens and the Preds right now! (Yikes!)

My sister and her best friend are huge hockey fans, specifically Penguin, Blackhawk, and Predator fans... which put them in a tough spot for the Stanley Cup. Lol.
