There really is a lot of information in this chapter. I always have to take a few minutes after reading your update to collect my thoughts, before I write a comment.
Niall and Erica! I'm screaming xD I agree with KAOT, they are so in love that it makes you sick, but that's how love should be :D
So Harry is gonna be the best man! Love a bit of Narry bromance here, to balance the tension between Louis and Harry :)
And they should be punished for hiding the 'I wish' details from Erica xD
Confused Harry is funny, but the way he is struggling with organising feelings for Jeanne is tearing up my heart :/ And thanks for the welcome here, lol :D

I'm so excited to see that their journey has continued and that Niall is still a bit clueless about things. :) He's so in love with Erica it makes you sick, doesn't it?

And Harry, he's on the right path to drive himself mad with Jeanne. Of course you always have that love that will make you fall again every time...and maybe for a reason. Harry and Jeanne have a long path ahead of them, I'm glad your but rushing things. Real life isn't about rushing around. We don't need any babies by the third chapter, you know I always enjoy a bit of character struggle.

Well, yeah, at this point you get my strategies very well, so I should stalk you down and kill you ;) No, never! I love you and your ideas. It's a great privilege to have someone like you doing thinking about this story :) We'll have Hans-Peter at some point to know him better, but let's say, yes. Jeanne navigates him as she wants, mainly because she doesn't love him. Harry used to drive her out of herself, and it will be fun to see her trying to keep control over the situation. Of course Harry will always be Harry, and you know what that mean: clueless xD

It was hard to decide to break them apart earlier in the story, and to make it happen was even harder. Jeanne made a decision as a strong, independent woman that she is, but she's not made of stone. She assumed the consequences and there's no coming back. Lara is there now, but what seemed possible and even convenient might start looking as something else. We make the decision, but are we able to carry on with them for the whole of our lives, or being as Atlas is only a god's work? Life is long, and the ultimate challenge! And fanfiction is so light regarding consequences, so I thought it could be a good idea to write seriously about what bringing a child to the world implies :D I love your questions so I hope this story could still bringing some to you. Told you it was all KAOT's fault! I came up with the wild idea and she was all yeah yeah yeah, and now here it is xD I'm glad you enjoyed. Larry has been an issue in my story since chapter 8, so people reading must know where I stand. I have a sense of humour. I can understand many thing, but there's a limit, and at some point of this story I'll draw a line no one should ever cross with their shipping: decency, respect for others, and the freaking law.

Jeanne is such an amazing character to write. I'm glad you like her, even being flawed, as all of us are. Harry said it himself in chapter 3 of the sequel. Lying is never the way to manage things, and she did it. Something will eat Jeanne inside ;) She's well aware of everything but as a writer I have to be able to challenge her too, not only Harry. I hate it when it happens, but I'm glad to know I have you with me. I don't know about other people's stories, though they tend to have all main female characters pregnant by Harry at chapter 20. Well, I couldn't forgive myself to do such thing when I can come up with something even trickier ;D This story is not a fantasy. I think you get Jeanne very well. One thing is the plan in your mind, but confronted to what we care about, emotions just flow, and no matter how centred you are, life shakes you, and that's how it's supposed to be. If we were to control everything, life would be so boring and meaningless, never challenging. Jeanne might have thought it would work, but mainly because she never thought she would meet Harry again. But there are greater forces! Not necessarily fate ;) Thank you so much for everything, my friend. Your support it means the world. Literally <3 xx

Ah, you know I suspected Jeanne of having some guy's child just because she likes him and wants one. Hans-Peter sure knows how to handle Jeanne and what to expect from her. But I think that's the point - he just takes her the way she is while Harry challenges Jeanne constantly without even knowing it.
I don't think the whole thing is too upsetting because it's Jeanne's choice and the story tells about a strong, independent woman who makes her own choices and learns to live with the consequences. Jeanne broke her own heart and a couple others along the way but if that's what she wants she has to live with it.
Rejecting Harry was the right choice because look at him now - he realised that he's creepy and tries to keep it to himself. As long as Jeanne doesn't realise it'll be fine :D I wonder if he'll ever be able to stop being a creep and whether he would believe Jeanne if she told him her point of view...

'You're the joke Larry' is definitely a metaphor. I mean, you know what you wrote :) It has a deeper meaning that clever readers, that are fans, would understand and chuckle when they read it :) (If they are not blind and following the stupid trend that ruined a true friendship. I mean, look at (us) girls that hug their friends when see them. If boys do that, they are immediately accused of being gay. Kind of. This is how open 21st century society is. Kinda sad.)
I'm actually in love with Jeanne's personality, she is a passionate Mediterrenean woman. But I don't like that she lied to Harry. I felt so sorry for him after last chapter, I don't know if that means I'm in team Harry?! ;)
But I like Jeanne so much after this chapter. I knew that she is a passionate woman, it's just cool that we have an insight of her mind now :)
I like what you're doing. You always surprise me. What Jeanne did, to have Lara now, is hard to understand, but also admiring. As long as child is happy and feeling loved, it is fine. If only she has been honest to Harry (in the end) as she was to other partners.
I'm still hoping for their happy ever after. But I'm excited for our journey till there!

I never leave comments, I'm a mess. :) But you know I love this story because it's the greatest fan fiction ever written. Everybody out there is trying to do what you do, but they aren't half as brave as you are. Only a mind like yours could have imagined having a baby who isn't Harrys, just to put to ridicule everybodys shitty plots, but especially to challenge the love Harry and Jeanne share. There are no words to describe how bold and incredible it is. Every time I think about what will happen, I have no idea, and I love it because you'll surprise me again and again. That's great writing. The rest are just stories. Lets French up in honor of the most original character of all times, chapeau!

I absolutely love the Larry reference, it is a joke. :) And I like the small hints you give here and there. That once small rumor has ripped apart friendships and has been taken too far. But of course, we've already had plenty of discussions about this subject.

To Jeanne. She does think with her mind, but sometimes a heart just gets in the way. Like you said, she's not perfect, just because she doesn't speak her thoughts and feelings all the time doesn't mean she doesn't feel them. I absolutely loved her in this chapter, a real treat for you to write her POV because I know it's not always easy to.
